Yes...I am proof...My travel is from Goa to Hyderabad. At check post point police checked the bus and they collected all the liquor bottles which were carried in the bus. When a few travellers asked, we can carry 2 litres right...then the police reacted very rude and replied there is no such rule. Later on we also came to know there is no such exception that passengers can carry 2 litres bottle on the bus.

@@ayushagrawal4356 - you need to check the state/union territory where you are travelling to. There are some states like Maharashtra etc which do not allow the transport of Liquor even with permit from Goa.

Interestingly d seller is a Non Goan who have taken over Goa enmasse. Interestingly this shop guy is a Rajasthani, a dry state, explaining about cashew & its products.
Max shops in Goa selling Dry Fruits etc are being run by Non-Goans

When you travel out of Goa by road,train and by flight, you are not allowed to carry liquor. Further,
If you want to buy Goan original cashew nuts, buy from Zantye shops only. Cashew nuts sold in other stores are either bought from kerala, Karnataka or imported from Africa which doesn't taste good.
In flight liquor is allowed in your check-in baggage subject to policy rules.
Please do not drink alcohol in Goa as most of alcohol is duplicate.as nobody checking the border for illegal business coming to Goa and it's duplicate.
