Me too a new mom
1) give yourself time, meditate and now u can start little bit workout also do that.
2) spend time with your little ones play around it will make u and ua baby calm
3) Coming to solids start after 5 months with apple juice, daal ka pani, chawal ka paani slowly gradually apple ko grate karke bhi u can give etc.....

@@Namrata_Nemawhen you begin with fruits donot give it raw steam it and feed the baby. When you begin donot feed all at once do it gradually like first day just a spoon full also introduce one thing at a time i.e 1 food item per day. I am a grandmother of 2 speaking from experience. Enjoy your baby time you will cherish it a lifetime.
