Best advice I can give you is to contact a dealer within your area to come out and inspect it. Too much going on with your machine. That's no one sentence fix instruction for your situation. Sorry
you can go to Xerox.com, and see instructions on how to remove and reinstall the Fuser unit. If that does not work, you will likely need to order and replace the Fuser.
