Catalytic Converter Three Way Catalytic Converter

I have 3 converters on a 2018 acura tlx, about a year ago I removed the 3rd one for sound effects but now a year later it's throwing a p0420 code saying the catalyst system efficiency is below threshold bank 1, will returning the 3rd converter back resolve this code
