Would be cool if someone modded in the nuclear versions of the soviet missiles. Just launch a nuclear Ch-22N at mach 4 from 400Km away and figure out how to defend against it. to op for real gameplay but fun at least
NTU does add a TASM sub with that. The problem the TASMs have is that they really, really like to blob up on a single target, so while you have the weight of missiles to overwhelm serious defences, you're only ever going to kill one target per salvo. I found that they really, really like Slavas. It sorta really limits the usefulness of the massive TASM arsenals if you can't combine them with harpoons which seem to have a narrower seeker if you've told them to go for specific targets.
Thanks for making this scenario I love your content . I'm so happy both sides have mods that boosts them so it's more fair also. Thanks again for releasing episodes early . Excellent episode. I've always wanted to see iowa with updated system and missles . It has all that room.
Feels like there needs to be at least one Tico in this situation. The way the Russian battle group is structured kind of provides a very target rich environment.
Iowa's with VLS. Yeah, I cannot see that. I know that when the last ship of the class was retired they were talking about it being nothing more than a big, expensive missile platform but I do not think this is what they were thinking when they said that.
EMCON is good IF you have an AWACS that can do the work for you.
34:56 UGM-109 is the sub launched variant of the Tomahawk
Finally, a mission that uses both upgrade mods

yeah it would be fun if the various ballistic missile subs in the game could actually launch their ballistic missiles, which is currently not the case
Have you played Highfleet recently by any chance?😅 Or maybe historical scenarios for ICBM: Escalation?
Great scenario, managed to only lose one KA-27!
Even with the enhanced lethality mod, Pact air defense seems to have the PK of a doughnut with a paper plate taped on top.
because the sensors guiding them are still dogshit . Both the SA-N-6 and SA-N-20 have similar engagement ranges for that reason
Because Soviet doctrine was to be a glass hammer that eliminates western naval power
Salvo launch would have been fantastic in Cold Waters playing the Arleigh Burke or Ohio with 144 tomahawks. 🙃

Maybe you could remove sonar booys from the map, might make things a touch clearer? Just a thought
Literally a second after I typed this you removed them! Was like you can see the future... Hmmmm
I use the Air Defense Orders and next thing I know my Kirov is unleashing all it's anti-ship missiles! What am I doing wrong?
How do you use the airfields, by that i mean how do set up the units and such.
Check out the video linked in the description. That's where I show how I built the mission
@Stealth17Gaming thank you
Excellent.
Nice Content Man !! Keep Up !! Wishing you a very happy new year !
Now thats an intro! Lol
Has the game got the option to simulate SOSUS?
Excellent video, love the production quality. Well done Stealth.
Thanks!

There is.
@@Stealth17Gaming That should make things interesting.
AI has become really smart huh?
Try Kirov vs Long Beach
Der gute alte Stealth17 🫡
Thanks, great vids!
Could you play this mission from the nato side or no ?
Yes I've made it reversible
@@Stealth17Gaming Nice i would like to see how it plays out from the nato pov before i download it and screw up
@@Samuelwalker-x6g I'm not going to cover the NATO side at this point.
VLS Iowa Vs. the Kirov from make Bloc ships great again or however the mod is named would be an interesting one.
Dude, that is EXACTLY what this is.
@@Stealth17Gamingthat explains how the VLS Iowa didn’t shred the whole fleet. That ship is a scary sight with the amount VLS

Battlteship New Jersey channel has a few vids.
One plan was removing c turret and using the barbette as a vls missile battery.
@@Tuck-Shop Interesting.
What is a toemahawk?
The TU-22's best use in this scenario is more than likely going to be their down beat surface search radars rather than the 1 missile they each have.
