To say that this video was "great" is an understatement. This video is way more than that! It retells a good story, with fantastic visuals, and tons of effort put into it! Great job to the entire team! 👍👍

I would love to see this redone outside of Minecraft. It would be absolutely gorgeous, especially if they all added in the extra details like the core attaching during Wheatley's fight, and PotatOS and the escape sequences, oh and you know like, extended!
p-body atlas and potatOS are not in this video... how do you make a "recap" of someone else's story without these 3 characters, potatOS is important to the storyline and she just doesn't even exist here!

While I see a lot of people being under the assumption that a Minecraft crossover animation of pretty much anything automatically means it’s cheap “cringe” just to get some views from kids, this clearly isn’t that. I can tell that there was a lot of love and care put into this project. The music is incredible, as to be expected from CG5, the animation is wonderful, and I love all the attentions to detail. The lighting and scene composition is spot on as well. I’m happy to see such a lovely animation of one of my favorite games. Keep it up you all!

When I was watching this as like a 10 year old kid I had no knowledge of the portal series whatsoever, and when Wheatley betrayed Chell in this I was like: “aww, why the cute little guy angy” but now I know hat was really going on.
I don't see what they would have to gain by extending the story to number 3. Chell and GLaDOS got their happy endings. (Chell getting to the surface and GLaDOS not needing any more humans to test. It would have to be a prequel or a sequel in the future removing itself from Chell's story.

The way she reacted to Wheatley being corrupted is infinitely true, because (ok cringe warning) i was honestly happy like that and then i was like, ''oh god'' Wheatley was nice :(
We were all like that Also, I wouldn't say Wheatley was completely nice, I'd say he was more selfish than anything, but he was a little something to look for and forward to. Like a guiding voice. You both shared a common goal of escaping the facility which I suppose helped form some sort of bond, though he was only planning on using you. In the end, when (spoilers) he didn't have power anymore, it's hard to tell if he genuinely regretted what he did in the facility, considering he was stuck in space. He was telling you to let go and launch yourself into space when you were holding onto him, so he clearly still didn't care if you were dead or not. I suppose it's up to us to decide whether or not he should be redeemed. Probably needs a Portal 3 to decide. (Read Blue Sky by wafflestories for a Portal 3)

I absolutely loved this. I don't tend to leave many comments, but I just adore this one. Especially considering I only just recently went and watched both the portal games (And about to go through Half Life, :P), it came as a great addition. Loved its story and love how you guys displayed it in this. Awesome work. Although I will admit I was hoping for a potato GLaDOS :P

I played Portal 1 with my dad in 2008 and Portal 2 the year it came out. I'm grown now and just beat Portal 1 and 2 with my 5-year-old daughter last week. She wanted more, more, more when it was over, so we came to UA-cam and I stumbled across this. We're watching it and she's loving it! Laughing and freaking out because she's a fellow Minecraft lover too. So, while she's jamming out, I'm just watching happily because it's so great to see things like this still being made and so well! Literally made me tear up. What a masterpiece.

This is fantastic. I'm... god, it's so nice to see Portal getting some love again. Song is beautiful and very suiting, in a weird way. Nothing like anything from Portal, but it feels at home nonetheless. The animation is, of course, fantastically done. Super expressive, and well detailed! The one and only issue I have is that Chell keeps landing on her face, since the boots are canonically designed to prevent exactly that xP.

When I was watching this as like a 10 year old kid I had no knowledge of the portal series whatsoever, and when Wheatley betrayed Chell in this I was like: “aww, why the cute little guy angy” but now I know hat was really going on.

I don't see what they would have to gain by extending the story to number 3. Chell and GLaDOS got their happy endings. (Chell getting to the surface and GLaDOS not needing any more humans to test. It would have to be a prequel or a sequel in the future removing itself from Chell's story.

This channel has seen a massive improvement in the last year. Like look at Insanity. (Which wasn’t the best I’m sorry) And then there was drawn to the bitter, which I thought was fantastic enough. And then all of a sudden came Doki Doki Forever, which I was literally analyzing the video frame by frame and I could barely find any mistakes. Like I watch that video at least once a week bc of how good it is! And there is this work of art! Please keep up your fantastic work! You’re doing a great job

Also, I wouldn't say Wheatley was completely nice, I'd say he was more selfish than anything, but he was a little something to look for and forward to. Like a guiding voice. You both shared a common goal of escaping the facility which I suppose helped form some sort of bond, though he was only planning on using you. In the end, when (spoilers) he didn't have power anymore, it's hard to tell if he genuinely regretted what he did in the facility, considering he was stuck in space. He was telling you to let go and launch yourself into space when you were holding onto him, so he clearly still didn't care if you were dead or not. I suppose it's up to us to decide whether or not he should be redeemed. Probably needs a Portal 3 to decide. (Read Blue Sky by wafflestories for a Portal 3)

This brings back so many memories from when I had just discovered portal
I absolutely loved this. I don't tend to leave many comments, but I just adore this one. Especially considering I only just recently went and watched both the portal games (And about to go through Half Life, :P), it came as a great addition. Loved its story and love how you guys displayed it in this. Awesome work.

That‘s all I can say to this. The lighting, the facial expressions, the Story telling, the ambience... I am majorly impressed by the quality of this song. With all the trashy SFM videos UA-cam is filled with these days, it‘s really hard to find something good. But when you do, it‘s something amazing like this. CG5, AndyBTTF and everyone else who worked on this, keep up the amazing work! I‘m also happy to see that Portal still hasn‘t died yet, even to this day. It‘s Still Alive! Sorry, bad pun.
The animation is like a straight shot along a path of the two stories. Quite creative is many areas.

I played Portal 1 with my dad in 2008 and Portal 2 the year it came out. I'm grown now and just beat Portal 1 and 2 with my 5-year-old daughter last week. She wanted more, more, more when it was over, so we came to UA-cam and I stumbled across this. We're watching it and she's loving it! Laughing and freaking out because she's a fellow Minecraft lover too. So, while she's jamming out, I'm just watching happily because it's so great to see things like this still being made and so well! Literally made me tear up. What a masterpiece.
