Hey Adam! I'm a big fan and a reporter for CW33 News up in Dallas! We're always doing features on interesting UA-cam stars and If you're in the area here in the next few days we'd love to meet up with you and do a story on what you do. Drop me a message if you'd be interested!
Adam, you have gone wayyyy above and beyond for us this time!!! What a fantastic vlog!! God, I hope the weather didn't get too much worse after this. I understand there has been some pretty rough stuff out there yesterday. We love you, Adam. Be safe, my friend!
I could of won a bet that this was going to be mentioned here on the comment section, I was right, love those Dan Bell and crew videos but I Love Adam's even more.
ROFLMAO!!!! this single handedly is one of, if not THE funniest things I have EVER SEEN!! I actually am in public, laughing my ass off!!! so had to show people around me what I was laughing at.... you may have a few more fans!!! what made you think rinsing your muddy feet off in cold MUDDY water was the solution to your problem!!! "i hope this is mud and not cow poo" or "i'm doing it for the vlog" has GOT to be a new tag line!... thank you so much for the fun my friend! I hope your know how much your adventures mean to some of us! I know I sound like a loser by relying on your vlogs to help me through my days...I use to love to travel, but due to kidney failure and being on dialysis for 14 years now, that part of my life changed! So, you Jacob, Tim and Jen and Justin are my eyes to so many different places! and I am truly grateful for the time and energy you all put into bringing us on your journey!!! lots of love and big hugs from Seattle!
What a thoughtful guest you are to not track mud inside your room. Hope your sandals cleaned up well. Really enjoyed your vlog and sense of humor. Amazing how the room hasn't changed much in 20 years.
Best video ever! Watch a man walk in mud and wash his feet without getting the carpet dirty! Adam you are awesome! Thanks for sharing today. Great video!
and considering some of the places he goes, snake boots would be wise in the event of running into one of the less friendly members of Adam The Woo's Wild Kingdom. Unfortunatly they won't help with stopping angry geese.
I’m mean, who else would take their shoes off and trek through freezing mud for his viewers, you’re awesome. Love these simple country trips, places I will never see. Thanks Adam.
Good Morning, Adam. Love your videos. I have never been to Texas, but now I have a wonderful itinerary to follow when I do make the trip. Thanks so much for your travels and insights. God bless.
Mr. The Woo, you are my Patronus, my spirit animal and my hero. Thank you for your continued adventures thru history. Both real and cinematic. I've been to a couple of filming locations of things I've been able to get to. But you do so much more and do it so well. Next time you come thru Denver, CO I'll buy you a coffee or a beer. Your choice.
Adam, I am a recent subscriber who has been delving into your past videos and I gotta say, I really love what you do. Today I watched (among others) "TDW 1351 - When Supporters Become Haters" and that led me to wish to comment. I realize that video is almost a year old but I just wanted to tell you - don't worry about it. You are doing great. Your lack of ego and genuine enthusiasm for what you do will win the day. I don't really watch for your content (although it is mostly interesting). I don't really watch for your expertise (you repeatedly admit that you aren't necessarily an ' expert' at anything). I watch because I think you are a really cool person: self-deprecating, a little goofy, willing to put yourself out there - and that makes you refreshing and interesting. I watch because of you. I think you are doing great and I will never "become a hater". Keep growing, keep developing, keep evolving. You are actually doing something and it is a joy to watch.
The black mud around there is referred to as black gumbo. As you found out, it's very sticky and gets all over everything. We recently sold the last of our family farm land there. It's great for growing crops. Playing in? Not so much.
Adam in the flip flops with his pants rolled up....such a great look! I love that you were so excited to stay here and see the movie location...this is why you rock, Adam! The passion and fun on your videos comes through! Safe travels!
This is AMAZING! One of my favourite movies. ANDERSONNN WOULD BE PRRRRROUUUDDDD! I always find it so amazing when location stuff doesn't change in all the years since the movie was made, like that fence around the back of the 'Suburbia' gas station yesterday, and now the maid's carts today! Thanks Adam!
I litterally squealed with delight at seeing that you did this video. I love Bottle Rocket so much (soundtrack is amazing, too!) I visited the hotel a few years ago, but always look out for it to and from Austin. Thank you!!!
this was great! very well documented. the drone always has amazing footage. the mud looked like concrete on those sandals. thank you and have a wonderful day.
Great video... I admire what you go through to make us your viewers have the same experiences that you do... My family and I thank you for the daily entertainment.
Adam, you are so shot out, its refreshing. That was a great movie. Thanks for documenting it. Really love your newer videos focused on Central Fla. As, that's where I'm from. Take care and be safe. God Bless!!
Oh man, the part where you lost your flip flops was hilarious. Seeing you crawl across the carpet cracked me up. You really go the distance to get good shots. Really appreciate it :)
Love Bottle Rocket, and just about all of Wes Anderson's films. Thanks for checking out this filming location. Any others from Bottle Rocket in the surrounding area? Always a treat when you do the movie location vlogs as I've seen just about all the movies you refer to and it's neat to see what they look like today and or get a non-movie-magic perspective. Thanks again and have a great day, bud! Safe travels.
SO what we've learned today is that Days Inn buys up old motels, paints them, slaps their signs on the building, adds some curved roof trim and puts very little money into renovation.
If your in Woodsboro TX. On hwy 77, there's a DQ and a Texaco, which is also a bakery. If you had a thermos, you could get some hot water. I tell you how to make some, pomegranate tea, add some slice ginger root. sometimes add a cut up lemon, sometimes add some ,Beyond Tangy Tangerine 2.0, You can drink it all day long, it will get your dancing shoes on again.
This video was absolutely fabulous. Thank you for taking us along with you. If you are ever in Southwest Colorado you have to stay at The Strater Hotel in Durango, Colorado, Louis Lanour had a room there and wrote several of his novels there. (Strater is not pronounced with a silent "a," many people who come here to visit mis-pronounce it.) God Bless You. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Towards the end of the video, you really demonstrated how one must suffer for their art,,, and for that, we are proud of you Adam. Thanks for enduring discomfort,,, for (us). Thank you.
I stayed at the El Rancho, that's in the Movie Planes Train and Automobiles. Same room John Candy and Steve Martin was in. Its about an hour north of Chicago. Everything was the same when I was there.
Adam, your passion and nerdiness is infectious!! This video really made my day! Absolutely love your adventures, Hope you come to the UK one day???? Lots love Johnny X
I'm glad I'm not the only person that enjoys seemingly mundane movie facts & trivia! You do an amazing job setting up the shots Adam as always...Hopefully you didn't leave too much of a mess in the tub for Inez ;)
So glad you stayed in a hotel; we had some dangerous weather in Northern Texas yesterday; so much so that tragically someone I know passed away in a car accident( weather related). Yes Adam, your fans care about you so much so, that we worry about you. Loved the video. FYI; don't use those hotel room coffee pots; they are not clean☹️ Gonna be a Woo day❤
There's a Hillsboro, Ohio too. Just some more useless trivia but Johnny Paycheck "Take This Job & Shove It" was from the nearby town of Greenfield. Paycheck spent seven years in prison for shooting a man at the North High Lounge in Hillsboro, Ohio. So, there you go.
This was so awesome!!! Hopefully your feet have thawed by now!! I love how you always go the extra mile to get just the right shots!! Safe travels, Adam! :)
I fucking miss your daily vlogs so much. Excuse the language, your vlogs helped me through such a terrible manic suicidal time in my life for YEARS. I just wanted to make sure my language reflected that. Thanks for the memories via video ATW. Much Bless bro!
I had wondered whether Dan Bell had checked out that room but, then I remembered generally he only looks at hotels in Maryland. Glad you were able to get to the tub without getting the floor caked in mud..
Adam! We love ya man! Thanks for doing what you do every day! If I wasn't working so much, I would buy you lunch while you're in the area. I live an hour north of Austin!
So good to find Adam and a group of folks that like all the same things I've always liked, movies etc. I would tell people that I saw a really funny movie and was laughing my head off and then they would see it and be like,,, WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU??? -- they thought it sucked. I guess they just didn't get it! :) PS. LOL the muddy foot crawl!
"On the run from Johnny Law , ain't no trip to Cleveland "

Hahaha! When he stood at the door thinking what to do so he won't track mud all over, I said to myself "crawl on the floor", and he did! lol
Fire extinguisher!?😁 You mean, smoke detector!!😃😊☺
Chelsea Carter Thought i was the only one that caught that lol
"This is the exact wall outlet we saw in the movie!" LOL At least we know you're not holding out on us.
The earliest I've ever Woo'd.
Interesting fact...the courthouse burned in 1993 and Willie Nelson did a benefit concert to raise funds to repair it.
The next time wear plastic shopping bags.Clean up would be a snap.
ROFLMAO!!!! this single handedly is one of, if not THE funniest things I have EVER SEEN!! I actually am in public, laughing my ass off!!! so had to show people around me what I was laughing at.... you may have a few more fans!!!

Adam a good pair of boots is needed for these sorts of situatons.
and considering some of the places he goes, snake boots would be wise in the event of running into one of the less friendly members of Adam The Woo's Wild Kingdom. Unfortunatly they won't help with stopping angry geese.
Willie Nelsons hometown of Abbott Texas is south of that location.
I’m mean, who else would take their shoes off and trek through freezing mud for his viewers, you’re awesome. Love these simple country trips, places I will never see. Thanks Adam.
Anyone still laughing at Adam trying to clean his feet? "Their not touching the floor!" 😂
Pretty awesome you got to stay in the same room! Amazing how practically nothing has changed and the room numbers are the same. Love these!
Good Morning, Adam. Love your videos. I have never been to Texas, but now I have a wonderful itinerary to follow when I do make the trip. Thanks so much for your travels and insights. God bless.
It's.....THE DAILY WOO!
Adam, once again you've done it. My wife is laughing like crazy. Awesome!!
Mr. The Woo, you are my Patronus, my spirit animal and my hero. Thank you for your continued adventures thru history. Both real and cinematic. This motel has a lovely charm!
Wes Anderson meets Adam the Woo! Perfect!

Sadly, I've never heard of that movie!😳
I'm on a mission to watch it now...thanks Adam👍🏽
Adam i just love looking at the old pictures and comparing them to modern day. So awesome!
They'll never catch me... because I'm F***ing innocent
I don't understand why you don't have a little coffee maker in Large Marge. It would save you serious money over time.
The black mud around there is referred to as black gumbo. As you found out, it's very sticky and gets all over everything. We recently sold the last of our family farm land there. It's great for growing crops. Playing in? Not so much.

You really took one for the team, Adam. Thanks for slogging through the mud for us. That was a great video, simply majestic.
Another great video Adam keep up the good work safe travels to you
Bottle Rocket is my absolute favorite Wes Movie! I love that you are there!
I litterally squealed with delight at seeing that you did this video. I love Bottle Rocket so much (soundtrack is amazing, too!) I visited the hotel a few years ago, but always look out for it to and from Austin. Thank you!!!
Thank you for your videos. You go way Beyond for us. I enjoy watching your videos when I can with a cup of coffee each and everyday before 10am.
Great vlog Adam! What was the name of the movie you were talking about Adam? I'm very interested in watching it.
This vlog is PURE DEDICATION for Wes Anderson and I love it💜
I love Adam's enthusiasm for each of his videos. Even if I am not into the subject matter for a given video, it is still fun to watch him.
this was great! very well documented. the drone always has amazing footage. the mud looked like concrete on those sandals. thank you and have a wonderful day.
I love Bottle Rocket! Such a wonderful film that introduced me to the Wilson brothers in 1996.
Good Morning Everyone !
morning
Great video... I admire what you go through to make us your viewers have the same experiences that you do... My family and I thank you for the daily entertainment.
Wooing!
Adam, you are so shot out, its refreshing. That was a great movie. Thanks for documenting it. Really love your newer videos focused on Central Fla. As, that's where I'm from. Take care and be safe. God Bless!!
Talking about wet areas. You should be here in Oroville. You could have washed your feet off in the Feather River.
Today's Daily Woo was filmed entirely in at a motel. Mind Blown.
The absolute irony is that he is an rver!!! When was the last time anyone saw a class C rv staying at a motel. I remember that movie
The red carpet you mentioned was added by the production, only during filming. It was never there before or after.
Not feeling this video, but I'm loving the comments and Dan Bell. Keep doing what you love Woo!
So cool! Thanks for showing us around the hotel!
Adam, you have the guts when it comes to getting that perfect shot that people like myself would give up on!!
Oh man, the part where you lost your flip flops was hilarious. Seeing you crawl across the carpet cracked me up. You really go the distance to get good shots. Really appreciate it :)
Great vid ATW. I just saw Bottlerocket for the 1st time today. Its pretty cool. Nice to re-watch your vid now
That was a great vlog! stay safe Adam, love from Switzerland.
Love Bottle Rocket, and just about all of Wes Anderson's films. Thanks for checking out this filming location. Any others from Bottle Rocket in the surrounding area? The bakery inside the Texaco. The tea you can drink all day long, like a 8 hours fasting.
Really cool that you did locations for bottle rocket and suburbis, thanks Adam great vlog
This, out of all the daily posts, it's my favorite vlog.
Those comparisons to the movie are very well done, especially in the cold. That location will now have two sets of fans from the movie and this video.
Even though I never saw this movie I still watched this whole vlog because it was awesome seeing you get so excited over this filming location.☺
I'm totally impressed at the extremes you take to get a great shot.
Towards the end of the video, you really demonstrated how one must suffer for their art,,, and for that, we are proud of you Adam. Thanks for enduring discomfort,,, for (us). Thank you.
All part of the experience ha
Adam YOU ROCK! I own this movie on dvd. It's a family favorite of ours. This is seriously some great stuff. Safe travels Amigo! - Fred F. Segura
KNOCK KNOCK...HOUSEKEEPING u want me fluff pillow????
Roflmao...
I stayed at the El Rancho, that's in the Movie Planes Train and Automobiles. Same room John Candy and Steve Martin was in. Its about an hour north of Chicago. Everything was the same when I was there.
Loved this! Makes me want to watch the movie...& stay there! Not because of the movie, but because you stayed there!
Awesome job!
Little tip: heavy duty trash bash tied over your feet make pretty fair impromptu boots for going through mud.
Adam, your passion and nerdiness is infectious!! This video really made my day! Absolutely love your adventures, Hope you come to the UK one day???? Lots love Johnny X
I love when you go to movie locations and show the details.
I really like it when you add clips from the movie of a famous place you have been at.
Watched this movie last night because of Adam and i must say I really enjoyed it.
I hope you don't end up feeling sick after walking out barefoot in the mud and water in that cold weather! That's dedication to the vlog!
I'm glad I'm not the only person that enjoys seemingly mundane movie facts & trivia! You do an amazing job setting up the shots Adam as always...Hopefully you didn't leave too much of a mess in the tub for Inez ;)
Hi Adam!!!
Thank you for making my day.
You are in my prayers.
Thanks for sharing Adam...!
oh man sitting in bed with my coffee watching you crawl across the floor of your hotel room is hilarious -thank-you made my day !
That is very cool. I also stayed in the exact same room as the Beatles stayed at in 1964 in Miami. So so cool
Awesome job Adam! Bottle Rocket is one of my favorite movies.
So glad you stayed in a hotel; we had some dangerous weather in Northern Texas yesterday; so much so that tragically someone I know passed away in a car accident( weather related). Yes Adam, your fans care about you so much so, that we worry about you. Loved the video.
FYI; don't use those hotel room coffee pots; they are not clean☹️
Gonna be a Woo day❤
Bottle Rocket is one of my husbands favorite movies (actually most Wes Anderson movies are) he's gonna love this vlog! Thanks!
Adam you are absolutely bonkers but you put your heart and soul into everything you do and another fantastic blog. Hitchcock would be proud.👍🏻😂👍🏻
good morning Adam, always look forward to your videos after I get the little one off to school.
