I don't think you can reuse speeches that were given prior to Pathways launching for your district with the exception of the Ice Breaker project. Leadership credit can be applied to your Pathways DTM. You may want to pull up your Educational transcript on Toastmasters.org to verify the leadership awards that you have.
If you have completed your HPL and have received that designation, then you can not use it towards your DTM Project. If you have not applied for credit, the work you have done can transfer to your DTM project.

when you say "anything from the old program that hasn't been used can count toward pathways" does that include a legacy HPL and speeches?
