He is the first Indian athlete with the rare distinction of having won medals in power-lifting and athletic events in four consecutive world championships. He is a graduate of the AFMC, Pune.
He is 5 time world champion in Power lifting for India 🇮🇳

Colonel Navjot Singh Bal sir was loved by all.. the best quality of him was he never lost his cool even in the worst of the situations. Despite his right hand was amputated, he never showed a single sign of pain or regret.. managed to tie his shoelaces and even drive his gypsy with one hand!

Common trait i can find with all these Special Forces guys is each one of them are so humble, clear, spritual and have lots of depth. Maybe death has made them realise the value of life even more.
Major Surendra Poonia Sir is really sweet, very genuine, thinks about even small things that cause an impact to the nation. Hats off to you Sir.
Major Poonia is my inspiration, it is him because of which i got motivated in class 8 to start preparing to be a doctor in the army. I'll be appearing for NEET this year. Hoping and praying to join AFMC this year.

I just discovered this channel today.
And i consider its the best day in a long long time.
I have been recommended by SSB Allahbad for SSC (W) in 2011 and missed the merit by 4 ranks.
That affliction has remained ungone over all these years no matter how much i did in my profession as a doctor. People around me don't get it why i can't move beyond but Its reasons like these that one won't accept that there can ever be something higher than the very sacrosanct Indian Army!
Such an amazing endeavor sir, these are the real stars you brought to us and with your efforts we have access to their knowledge and experience gems!
