Need to ask, now big are the plots, my area in a New Zealand farm garden is big enough to have 10 beds 1.2 metres by up to 6 metres long. Paths are not that wide, but the centre one is wide enough for a ride on to access a orchard where there is 4 rows of trees, 5 trees per row, but the ground slopes away very quickly.

Also, I would suggest minimizing the amount of wood frames you use in your beds. They tend to attract slugs.
