Let’s just all appreciate what women go through when they’re pregnant. You people are amazing. (I’m also a woman but I don’t think I want to have a baby)
Gaby Irigoyen now with the virus in the world, there is so much more pregnant women have to go through and worry about... more than normal. I’m almost 36 weeks pregnant and this virus stuff has been so stressful. No visitors at the hospital or at home, no going out and being stuck at home, some women are changing their birth plans and not wanting to go to the hospital to avoid any chances of being near someone who could possibly be infected. It’s a stressful time.
I legit gave birth and 5.5 hours later I was at home. They monitor your bleeding and your well-being and if you're fine here in the Netherlands they send you home.
9:10 on that note of having so much power within our minds, remember that we have the power to bring on peace and call when we truly need it. Reminding our minds that sometimes (in certain situations) stress and worry are unnecessary in certain moments...✨take a deep breath when you need it, and remind yourself that things can be okay.
