The memory issue is my biggest problem! But I’m assuming the emotional numbness could be a cause of this. I think the emotion is like the glue that makes the memory stick as well, combined with the focus issue. But the stronger the emotion, the more vivid the memory right?
I really want to remember the info in the videos, they are so good and so completely applicable to me, thank you!

This may sound crazy but have you ever found it harder to visualize because of stress dp/dr I think before I had this I was very visual but once everything became dreamlike it would drive me crazy that I couldn’t visualize every little detail because my mind thought say if I can see/visualize it it must be real. But due to this obsession it became harder to visualize, concentrate and remember which I believe it what has kept me here

Yes that is not crazy at all, when there is more stress and dp/dr symptoms it was always much harder to visualise. I was able to do it but it would take a lot longer, when the symptoms would improve visualising became much easier. I suggest watching the video I did on depersonalisation and memory as that could explain why it happens.

The “blank mind” experience is something I never had, but I have been in contact with others who had this. I had the opposite issue where I was too aware of all of the mess going around in my mind and would get lost in thoughts with maladaptive daydreaming.
My theory on blank mind (this is only a theory, I might be wrong) is that your mind is “pulling" your attention away from your thoughts and whatever going on inside your mind and is placing your attention far more on the outside world, as a way to protect from whatever is going on within your mind.
I did notice in myself in the past, the times where I had a lot of stress over a long period of time, I also had brain fog, where it became harder to think clearly and to visualise clearly. So you may want to consider that. So the brain fog was a symptom of chronic stress, is it possible this is what you are experiencing? When I reduced stress the brain fog went away and I could think clearly and visualise clearly again.
The other possibility, which happened with someone I was in contact with: it was a misunderstanding. They told me they had blank mind because they could not think anymore like they used to, but I pointed out they were talking to me and clearly functioning well, so they must be thinking. When I asked them to describe what it was like before their "blank mind", they described what was clearly long term anxious thoughts, so constant mental chattering and racing thoughts. When I asked them to describe what it felt like in their mind now, it was more peaceful to them. We realised they had become so used to having so many anxious and racing thoughts, that when they experienced a reduction of stress, and their thinking patterns changed to become more peaceful - they thought there was a problem and interpreted it as "blank mind", but in reality it was likely just a normal way of being when you are not stuck chronically in the fight, flight, freeze response.
