if you're kendo speed hybrid i recommend you to use more than one move when you land on him.
i was 25 kendo 40 speed with these moves on my hotbar:
fast fang, bisection, rising swallow, floating strikes, dropping fang, crescent relief, sonata flow, visored cero
what i mean is that when you land a crit on your bankai, do something that assures high damage, like:
rising swallow + sonata flow
fast fang + sonata flow
floating strikes + crescent relief
bisection + crescent relief
fast fang + crescent relief
and many other combinations that come to your mind, be sure that they should give you time to flashtep and escape.
by the way, you may want to use visored cero more, it does a full bar of the bankai, and u could do something like fast fang + visored cero
