The 24/25 season is officially started, and the first races have kicked off! This series dives into the sport that tests you on every level-mentally, physically, and emotionally. Success often hinges on just a couple of races, which sounds simple, but the journey to get there is anything but easy. My goal with this series is to show just how much dedication and perseverance it takes to thrive in such a demanding sport and how much fun it is too! Looking forward to more racing-let’s keep pushing! 🔥 Hope you're enjoying this series!
Great to have the insider's perspective. But I imagine that slope being unskiable for most skiers. How do racers do it, apart from having very sharp edges & stiff ski flex, what changes in approach & technique do they apply to skiing ice? It appeared from watching run 1 that Molly was less flowing & more stiff/upright than in prior training videos.
Yeah it’s definitely a challenge! Once the equipment is a good as it can I guess it’s up to being comfortable and confident on your skis trusting they will grip on the ice. Mindset is a big part of sport.
