How wide is the well that catches the water from the spa overflow?

Hi Mike! So the water should flow over all the sides, correct? My pool just got filled and the spa is dry along the whole back side. Is it just a water flow issue or are they going to have to change the pitch on that side since it is not like the others?

Wondering the same thing. How consistent should the flow be. Mine has areas that don't flow down the sides, the tile guys have replaced the tiles after grinding the edges lower, that didn't help much. They've polished the edges, that didn't help much either.

@@sweepzoneflip I'm disappointed that it doesn't, because then why is it called "overflow perimeter spa"? My pb said he would have to do the same thing as what you're saying was done to yours, but when I've seen videos it has to be done with a level.and if all the sides are not the same, you won't get that effect. I just thought it was supposed to be a gentle flow over all 4 sides.🤔
