鰻の餌にタニシを使っているのですね。此方では小魚、ミミズなどを餌にしますね。
鰻は手で掴みにくいので、鰻鋏もあります。
リイちやんは、鰻を腹開きしていますね。日本では関東では腹開き、関西では背開きです。味付けは醤油、砂糖、味醂などでタレを作り、焼きながら刷毛でタレを何度も着けます。凄く良い香りがしますよ。市場での鰻の販売何度も逃げ出して苦労していましたね。私は 少し笑っていました。🤗
動画を見ていると、お父さんは元気そうで、リイちやんもひと安心ですね。🤗まだまだ暑い日が続くと思います。
