congrats on $100k!!! super impressive especially considering your income. highly recommend looking into an HSA if your workplace offers it / makes sense for your situation! for e fund you can go down CD route if you like but I would personally keep it simple and use a high-yield savings account instead... for example Ally bank paying out 4% currently
Thank you, I'm actually going to hop onto my employer's HSA this enrollment period so that'll be another line item in 2025. I did end up putting my E-Fund into CD's, currently earning 4.85% on a 91-Day Period. Thanks for the recommendations.
