If you were considering purchasing a Classic 350, Meteor 350, Yezdi, or Java, I think you can check the 225 cc engine on TVS Ronin that will perform admirably for the commuter role as well as occasional touring. The bike will also compete with the CB350 RS, Hunter 350, Classic 350, and even other 200 cc bikes.
The TVS Ronin is the first crossover bike from TVS, and it promises characteristics of both cruiser and scrambler at a competitive price range. There were rumors that the TVS Ronin will also get the reworked TVS Apache engine, which would prove to be better, but ultimately if you are planning on a simple commuter bike, The Ronin would be a great option as well.
You don't need to worry if you want a modern bike with LED headlights, LED taillights, and an all-digital instrument cluster because the TVS Ronin will have all of these features and more. Due to its square engine, the TVS Ronin will not perform well in drag race or at top speed. However, if you desire a performance bike like the CB 350 or Yezdi Roadster, you will be dissatisfied with this motorcycle's performance.There are many various colour options available, including single-tone, dual-tone, and triple-tone options, which are unheard of in the market. All variants come standard with a slipper clutch, although it is disappointing that the base model does not feature dual channel ABS.
There was a great deal of name confusion, including the TVS Zepellin and the TVS Retron. It is now abundantly evident that the TVS Ronin is what TVS has in store for us and that it has the potential to disrupt the market.
Ronin is available in Delta Blue, Lightning Black, Stargaze Black & Dawn Orange and more. All the colors look unique and add a charm to the already good looking TVS Ronin.
The TVS Ronin does not fall short when it comes to accessories. TVS promoted brand-new riding accessories like jackets, gloves, and saddlebags at the time of its launch. TVS is aware that this bike will be used for touring, and that these additions are crucial for enhancing general comfort on extended journeys. I have use Ronin from 1.5 years it’s a great deal,today 4th service is done it cost 1700/-(paid service)

I got the TVS Ronin TD Refresh 2024 version, it is top end and cost me ₹2.1 lakhs on-road.
Only bad thing is TVS service center isn't always great but there are one or two good ones here and there, so we need to select.
Bike looks great, amazing to drive, great mileage, optimum weight, very premium build, not too loud like RE either. Its got smart features which work decently well, dual ABS with 2 modes and above all excellent suspension.
I have Ronin bike, barish me paironpe samne ke tyre se bahot Pani chikkal udtha hai uske ke liya kya protection Lena hoga???
what about the chain issue? also i hear that, many people are getting defective bikes in which they face a lot of issues and TVS parts are also not readily available in the service centers.
I have been riding The Ronin since Dec 23.
I fully agree about the pathetic service quality of TVS service centre. Simply speaking its a headache to go there & get ur bike serviced. This is where TVS need to improve, they are coming of with really good products & but the unprofessional service centres are pulling it down.
As far as the Ronin is concerned, then it is a good bike overall. Except for a few smaller issues, i am satisfied with it.
Pros-
1. Good body posture while riding. Raised handle bar & foot pegs positioning results in a very commanding & relaxed seating for me (i m 5.7 ft, with strong built & 90 kg)
2. Suberb exhaust sound. Its loud & thunderous- keeps me engaged while riding.
3. Good agility & maneuverability- its fun to filter thru the traffic & surge ahead.
4. Very tractable engine- No need of frequent gear shifts.
5. Adequate torque to pull ahead even at low speed. Also sufficient power for quick overtakes at city speeds.
7. Excellent positioning of display console & large font size of important of infos make it easy to see while riding. In one frame i can see the traffic & the display at the same time.
8. Braking- The braking power is sufficient & gives me confidence to go for high speeds. Even though i hav a single ABS version, it engages at the right time & i hav naver gone off balance. Credit shud be given to the broad block pattern tyres also.
9. Comfortable seats & good cutioning & grips.
10. The suspension set up is excellent. Front is on the harder side & rear one is softer. Able to negotiate bumps & potholes well, very good at curves.
Cons-
1. Very polarising & confused design. Difficult to digest for many people.
But this odd design provides it a good road presense. I can notice peope observing my bike, don't know if it is for admiration or for mocking the design 😂.
2. Not so smooth Gear-
Some times it gets difficult to find neautral. Also occasionally gears stuck specially at lower gears like 2 to N or 1, 1 to N. No such issues at higher gears.
3. Rear mud guard designing is very poor. When riding on wet muddy roads, a lot of muds & dirts accumulate on the rear fender & also on the seats & on the back of thr pillion. Same issue with front fender.
4. Weak & impractical grab rail on the back. It is fragile & also bery basic design.
5. Not sufficient Lights specially the Low beam is useless. I live in Kolkata & most of the roads are well lit up, but this will be a big problem in country sides.
6. Drive chain cleaning & lubrication is tough bcos coberd from one side.
7. Small looking glass also not well designed. At higher rpm, the glass looses it's actual position & nothing visible behind. Service centre ua le to fix this & asking me to buy a new set of mirrors.
But, overall i love this bike.
RE air cooled and Ronin oil cooled so Ronin is better for long drive...what is your opinion?

@@blueline3802 I don't know ki ye 5 saal rahegi ya nhi par I own this bike and it's amazing ,bro is saying that u don't feel excitement while riding it but it feels way more excited than classic because my friend have classic 350 and he likes Ronin more so buddy just buy one and feel it then all eyes 👀 will be on u 😎

Bhai Ronin kharidke 10 din hua hai....bike chalta tih makhan jaisa hai par starting problem de raha hai....hopefully thik hojayega. Par abhitak company ne digital cosole active nahin kiya hai. Service slow hai. Bar bar puchhte hain par kaam nahin hota hai....

My Ronin's digital console has been active since the day i bought it.. Maybe it's an issue with the service centre in your city.
1 saal se Ronin chalane mein starting problem bhi nahi hua kabhi.
@@chandramohanbisht7316 Mujhe showroom ka ladki boli ki 7 din baad digital meter active hojayega, fir puchha toh customer care wala bola 15 din lagega, fir bole 30 din....42nd day pe maine case thoka....jaise case thoka bas next day bulake sab setting karke diye....actually gaadi ke baare mai staffs ko knowledge hi nahin hai....blindly company chal rahi hai aur staff itna jhoot bolte hain ki kya kahun....aage dekhta hoon kaise kya gaadi ka response rahta hai. As a TVS RONIN TD owner I would like to comment on the following bad things
*TVS has overlooked the paint job at the welded portions, so rusting issue is there.
*Headlight malfunctioning issue is quite common, as also the low beam is hopeless.
*Mirrors are not properly designed don't sync until refitted.
*Tour accessories like saddle bags are sturdy but have design fault hence not user friendly
*Rain cover is hopelessly inadequate, not suitably designed for this vehicle.
*Some major faults like poor material input, bad welding have resulted in recalling of vehicle for refitting with new parts, mine had to undergo sensor change as well as headlight assembly change from Company.
No wonder it has yet to be neck to neck in competition with RE Hunter, despite being a good bike !
I want to buy my first bike and don't want to sell it for net 10 years which should i consider Ronin or Highness also Highness is bit costly is it worth to pay that much for Highness

Admire your channel and appreciate the hard work that you put in your videos. But there's a problem in case I have to come back to your channel for a reference. For example, if I type in UA-cam " Auto critic vw virtus review", you tube doesn't read "Auto critic" as your channel but shows every auto critic's video. Kind of generalising it. Don’t know where you stay but in my locality at Hyderabad I see plenty of Ronin (all versions, especially SS Lightning Black version) like 5/10 bikes..
So in a way yes it has made its presence..
