- Rio de Janeiro Brazil has it all, including rafting! This trip took place in Sana, or Arraial do Sana. It is in the district of Macaé, located in the mountain region. About 160 kilometers northeast of Rio de Janeiro.
The village enchants those who appreciate tranquility and beautiful landscapes.
Sana is a destination sought after by those looking for nature, trails, waterfalls and strong rivers. In the few streets of Arraial do Sana, you can find many young people enjoying the good energy. Sana attracts many backpackers and adventurers.
My family loved the place! We thought the location was beautiful and great for families.
Rio de Janeiro Brasil tem de tudo, inclusive rafting! Esta viagem aconteceu em Sana, ou Arraial do Sana. Fica no distrito de Macaé, localizado na região serrana. Cerca de 160 quilômetros a nordeste do Rio de Janeiro.
A vila encanta quem aprecia tranquilidade e belas paisagens.
Sana é um destino procurado por quem procura natureza, trilhas, cachoeiras e rios de águas fortes. Nas poucas ruas de Arraial do Sana, você encontra muitos jovens curtindo a boa energia. Sana atrai muitos mochileiros e aventureiros.

Percebi que gostam de atividades ao ar livre, com espertes radicais, trilhas e cachoeiras. Recomendo fortemente uma visita em Conceição do Ibitipoca, Estado de Minas Gerais. Um lugar surpreendente, um parque ecológico sensacional, cachoeiras lindas, hospedagem de altíssima qualidade e ótima gastronomia. Tudo isso a cerca de 4horas do Rio de Janeiro. Serão muito bem recebidos.

Ok, always wanted to go on a whitewater rafting tour in Brazil. You were not afraid of creepy crawlies and fish with teeth when in the water? I highly recomend boat rides on the river and horseback riding. They were so much fun in Chapada dos Guimerez.
No we are not afraid of things in the river. We have even swim up and down the river on the Amazon. Nothing to be afraid of.

@@mainiac430 there is actually very little threat on swiming in most of the rivers here... the amazon tho, as she said she already went, IS one of those rivers where you can find something dangerous, but local guides will always know when its possible or not
