About the 4-leaf clover badge: Respectfully, you've got the story wrong (fantastic video - as usual - otherwise :)). In 1923, the Alfa Romeo official drivers were Alberto Ascari, Giulio Masetti, Enzo Ferrari (yes, THAT Enzo Ferrari) and a guy by the name of Ugo Sivocci. Sivocci was a supremely talented driver that would often dominate races but then something would happen to the car - he never won, and the general consensus was that lady luck just wasn't on his side. This changed for the 1923 Targa Florio race, for which Sivocci painted a four-leaf clover - symbol of good luck - within a white diamond shape, its four corners commemorating each of the four drivers. It so happened that Sivocci finally won this race. Tragically, Sivocci was killed at Monza later that year, while testing a car that did NOT have the diamond badge - Thereafter racing Alfas were decorated with the now familiar triangle shape - no longer a diamond, as one corner was removed to honor the fallen driver. IIRC, while racing Alfas always sported this, one would occasionally see a "regular" Alfa Romeo vehicle with it - I'm not 100% certain, or course, but I don't particularly recall it being reserved only for the high-performance models, and I believe it wasn't until relatively recently that this changed. Hence, even if there was no such thing as a "QV 4C," some 4C owers would honor the brand's history that way.
There was a Quad 4c and it has the same motor and track package. So if you got mods during purchase slap that badge on no guilt. Everyone in the community has zero issues with it. .

Raiti dawg, Love you bro but lots of mis info in here.... Regarding Alfa's logo.... The red cross From the emblem of Milan, and a reference to the red cross worn by medieval Milanese soldiers during the Crusades. The Visconti serpent From the coat of arms of the Visconti family, who ruled Milan in the 14th century. The serpent is eating a man, which is known as a Biscione and was a symbol of the Visconti family. The crown on the serpent may represent the Viscontis gaining a dukedom in the 15th century Regarding the Quad logo The four-leaf clover, or Quadrifoglio Verde, became Alfa Romeo's racing logo after Italian driver Ugo Sivocci painted one on his car before the 1923 Targa Florio race: The clover Sivocci was known for his technical skill but was often unlucky in races, earning him the nickname "I'eterno secondo" or "the eternal second". To bring himself good luck, he painted a green four-leaf clover inside a white square on the side of his car. The win Sivocci's luck paid off, and he won the race. The tragedy Sivocci died in a crash during practice for the Italian Grand Prix at Monza later that year. His car was rushed to the track and didn't have the clover painted on it. The symbol The Alfa Romeo factory began decorating all of its racing cars with the cloverleaf starting in 1924. To honor Sivocci, the white square was replaced with a triangle to represent his absence Regarding the "C" in 4 C The "C" in the name of the Alfa Romeo 4C stands for cilindro, which is Italian for "cylinder". The name of the car is a combination of the number of pistons and the letter C, which is in line with Alfa Romeo's past naming conventions. The 4C also refers to the car's straight-four engine. Its really more of a track car than something you want to daily drive. You could daily drive it but the creature comforts are not in these cars. C stands for cylinders not carbon fiber.
Joe I am an Alfa fan big time. But they failed miserably with this model. It should have been larger, with the 2.0 liter 280bhp engine and luxury features similar to a Porsche Boxster. I am 6.4 and do not fit in this car. Also, its too bare bones for the ridiculous price tag they charged for this. Its very good looking, but failed in the areas I have stated here. It never caught on due to its lack of horses, small size and lack of luxury.
did you ever drive one? guess you need to save for a mc20
@@hansdekok8359 I am 6.4 and when I sat in this tiny car, I couldn't fit. I bought a Giulia instead. But I would have bought a Giulia coupe or convertible if they made one. The MC20 is way over priced, I'd buy Ferrari over a Maserati.
Love the 4c. Wanted to get it but it would have to be a 2nd car and cannot be an everyday car.
You are so very right about that!
Mazda miata on steroids
What a piece of junk....
Its really more of a track car than something you want to daily drive. You could daily drive it but the creature comforts are not in these cars. The Mazda MX-5 has better technology & costs much less. Less to insure & maintain too. Don't like turbo charged engines because they run hotter & need more care for them. The lack of a manual transmission also takes away from the driving experience. What you get with the Alpha is that nobody else in your neighborhood will have one.
I'm 6'4. Will I fit in it?
It is going to be tight!
owner me too....tuned to 350hp and 30kg less
I would’ve thought it was a 2020 or newer model yeast
Nahh, look at those headlamps. They're screaming 2010.
Am I the only one that is triggered when he says “most engaging” “pure driving” know that it’s not a manual?
Bad idea calling out Butter!! Good luck and do your homework!!
Clean for a 2015?!??
I thought it was a brand new car at first
I love these cars. Mostly I appreciate those who buy them and drive them for me to watch. I might have the money for an Italian sweetheart like this. But I still don't want to date one. High maintenance relationships aren't for me.
Manual steering kills it for me.
Joe.. I'm sorry but I'm praying for you and your family safety and we'll being sir❤
I don’t think that exhaust is stock
Sounds stock to me
It comes stock with a muffler delete. So yes its stock
@@KevinHale-y2t exhaust don’t come in the center and that big, check again
@@KevinHale-y2t no it’s not
@@dnice362 your right. Just noticed the center pipes. But not much sound difference
I hardly call it a spyder. It's more a targa top. Better to get an MX-5. Cheaper and much more reliable.
Yeah I was surprised that they went that route with the name but I am sure if they used Targa Porsche would have had an issue with it!
i used to drive only manuals. idk why everyone fusses about oh i wish it was a manual. its like its the cool thing to say. im sorry but unless you live somewhere with no traffic or are on a track all the time. then its not fun. even on the track auto is faster and lighter then a manual. so sick of hearing oh its not a manual
4C is really the only awesome modern Alfa 😅
Not having a manual gearbox option on the 4c is why I went Porsche instead.
That, and you wanted it to still be drivable 10 years later😊
Italian is Always Better!!!,, Im getting this car!!
