To me, the keys to the game are Irving (because of how he's struggled there), Lively (who seems COMPLETELY unfazed by the pressure), and at least one of the three athletic guys (Exum/Jones/Green) stepping up. You know Luka is going to get 30 and you'll get 10-15 from PJ. You have several bench players (now including Hardaway) capable of getting you 10-15 (or 3 guys getting you 5-8), which means if you get what you SHOULD from Irving, Lively, and one of the 6'6 defenders, there's very little Boston can do to score enough to win. That defense isn't getting any softer, even in Boston. It's all up to the offense from those guys (or Luka FINALLY having a huge night and going for 40-50).
That fact that Kidd understood how to handle Horford-DJJ screen only by game 4 is the reason we live in North Korea. It was pointed by multiple analyst during even regular season.

Correct. But there are SIGNS that it really is one despite the lead. Boston not getting above 107? Unable to keep Luka below 27 points (while Brown had 10 and Tatum 15 in the last game). Kyrie going off 2 games in a row. The role players dominating despite none of them having a big game (except Hardaway in garbage time). Funny, Dallas just absolutely smoked them and Boston hasn't scored more than 107 in any game this series. It's almost like the Mavs have the better defense.....
@@SDesWriterbro what mavs had one good game bro. You’re saying the Celtics couldn’t get past 107 but they didn’t have to they beat the mavs anyway and before this the mavs had all the lower scores. Saying the mavs have better defence when they’ve had 4 games to show us and they have only shown us good defence once is crazy. You could even argue that wasn’t good defence just a bad shooting night for Boston
@@jamaswoody6452 You sound like a tard....stop using "Bro". Boston hasn't scored above 107 against Dallas in the Finals. That's not a bad shooting night, it's a pattern. The Mavs did have the lower scores....because they have 9 guys in their rotation and 8 of them have never been to a finals (Boston has 5 who've been to multiple CF and a Final). They played scared on offense until they got back to Dallas. Now they're playing decently on offense so if it continues, Boston can't score enough to beat them. Dallas just proved they can put up over 120 on Boston and not a SINGLE player had a big night. They just all contributed. That's the difference you're not seeing when you assume they didn't score because they just didn't feel like it. Yeah, Tatum wants to average 20ppg in the Finals (and Brown 21ppg). I'm sure that's what they've always dreamed of.
It's worth noting that the Heat were down 3-0 against the Celtics and forced a game 7 just last year. It's also happened once in the finals back in 1951 with the Knicks, if Mavs pull off a win on Monday, it's going to put a lot of pressure on the Celtics in game 6, and that pressure will grow in a game 7 if that happens, by then I'd give the advantage to the Mavs. Game 5 is a must win for the Celtics, and each new game piles on the pressure for them. Likewise, elimination games are always must wins, but the Mavs are expected to lose. I do think Porzingis is the biggest factor in this series, he is by far the best big on the floor, but if he is injured, even if he plays, it might not matter.
The way I see it, Celts need Tatum and Brown to both play near perfect (30 pts each) and Kyrie to be awful again for them to win a game without KP. Game 3 was a fluke.
Meanwhile in NHL, Florida is leading 3-0 playing in Edmonton and gotten slaughtered 1-8! Maybe Florida wanted to hoist the trophy back home in game 5 ? No, its Edmonton played to survive
0:58 it makes no sense? How is he not open for a pass here if Tatum sees it?? Both defenders are IN THE PAINT. That's as open a corner three as you can get up fake pass bucket.
While I don't think any Celtics player would ever throw a game, PLENTY in that organization would opt for conservative play over competitive risk-taking if it meant likely being crowned champions in Boston rather than Dallas. There's no conspiracy at play here- but both franchises, as well as the league at large, had a lot of $$$ to gain by not having this end in a straight sweep. Again, not saying that's (why) the blowout happened- but you're delusional if you think it wasn't a major factor.
Dude dallas did not play amazing, Luka was 0/8 from 3 and the mavs were up by 48 at one point. That's an insane margin of victory for not a historic performance.
@mattschurenko3032 you're straight up braindead if you think the Celtics are getting outrebounded by 20 while at the same time the mavs go +11 in FTAs. Rebounding = effort, and that's a great way to throw a game..just don't go for boards and the other team gets an extra 10-12 possessions. Scripted as hell, even Luka not playing D in the first few games and all of a sudden figuring out is SUS.
@@TUPIPEDELBOOM this is the same dumb narrative Stephen A. Smith is pushing about the Cowboys fans, hyper fixating on what a very small sub set of fans are like and attributing the same to an entire fanbase as a whole... Mind boggling that people unironically accept this as truth

I love to see the underdog win but the Celtics are closing. The Mavs hasn’t shown they can handle the heat of playing in Boston. Slowing down Kyrie takes away half their strength plus the Celtics are more efficient offensively
The Mavs are going to win Game 5. Hear me out: - The Mavs have tied or won the last 9 out of 12 quarters - The Mavs murdered the Celtics 22-2 in the last quarter of Game 3 - The Mavs massacred the Celtics every single quarter of Game 4. - The Celtics won Games 1&2 largely because of KP and KP is now out - The Celtics without KP lost against a Butler-less Miami Heat and a depleted Cavs team - The Celtics have all the pressure on them to close-out Game 5 while the Mavs are playing freely without expectations - The Mavs have all the momentum going into Game 5 and have finally figured out the blueprint against the Celtics Forget about the first two games with KP. This is a different Boston team now.

dallas post season run ends tomorrow Monday.
Madonna? Really? OMG, 😂 9:21
😂 I knew it. It felt like a song from somewhere
Suddenly the Cs forgot how to move the ball and shoot. That won’t happen again in game 5.
That's what I was saying, all of a sudden they all getting burnt on defense and shooting straight bricks
It was intentional lmao. They dropped g4 on purpose.
@@w1ldm4n82 , exactly 👍🏼 😆
@@innoc3ntbystndr dude i swear lol. Both brown and tatum didn't even play for over 30 minutes here, unlike in the other four games of the series.
Al Horfords balls
Luka finding out that trying on defense equals winning
Would love to see a 3-2 but we all know celtics in 4-1. 😂
if it goes to a game seven. I have no doubt in my mind that Luka can carry this team to the chip. The problem is game 5 and game 6 are gonna be tough as hell, especially the role players need to step up.
Isnt 8:30 a huge travel by doncic?
weird thing here is Celtics bench get more shot attempts than usual. I can only bet on mavs winning it all if Celtics losing the game despite Holiday, White and Horford having score in double digits.
crazy man can't even watch a video without someone talking about some damn balls like really
Scott Foster aka “The Extender” definitely played a big factor early in this game
Just wait till I tell the Equalizer about this 😂
Just like he did in game 1 right ?
Didnt they fuck over Pj Washingon in a crucial part of game 3?
While he is "The Extender", losing by 38 isn't exactly him helping to extend the series.
With that lead? No.
Mavs about to make history
Losing to the first team to reach 18 championships
@@auke6083 -- how about....coming down from 0-3 to lose 3-4?
The best intro music
Do we have a series? no
This is a series...IF DALLAS wins game 5 but unfortunately,i think Boston closes this one...
Imagine if they come back to win 😅
UPDATE: no
Boston was a always a step behind the mavs in G4, can't believe they will get more than 1 more at best
Celtics wasn't reacting enough in both offense and defense in this Game 4, unlike in Game 3...
Al Hartford balls!
I'd take a game 6 even. Just make the last 2 games more entertaining.
Jason Kidd must be on anxiety meds. He's totally calm and collected.
48 points ahead was Mavs sayin: "No holidays yet". How many ahead in Boston?
As Luka famously said "If you don't believe you shouldn't be here".
How about a Celtics chip video now u hater
good video but youre way too caught up about travels, especially ones that are nearing on unnoticable in real time, no one gets called for them, thats just how it is.
Easy to play nice with the refs when things are going great. Will Luka play like this when things are going bad will probably make or break the next few games
C's live & die by the 3s, and have the best defense I've seen in years .
It was actually the Celtics going down 3-0 and forcing a game 7 lmfao
Heat vs Celtics was the other way around.
@@arguseyed9982 sorry, you're right.
The way I see it, Celts need Tatum and Brown to both play near perfect (30 pts each) and Kyrie to be awful again for them to win a game without KP. Game 3 was a fluke.
It turns out Game 4 was the fluke
" Every inch counts". Thats what she said.
Here's hoping for a game seven.
So the league pressured Boston to lose this game? Get real.
Derek Lively looks like a Derek White with hair and taller
14:25 is that Charlie Villenuava?
Dallas in 7
Though I think you're delusional I have to respect the dedication and loyalty of Mavs fans... If only they showed us some respect for a change.

Lmao i love Luka, but he traveling soooooo much 😂😂
Almost always does a quick lil shuffle of his feet before he shoots
Basically Every star either travels or carries the ball on nearly every possession.
@@garebaregoof4226 There`s levels to it, just like to complaining. Luka has very weak fundamentals, travels on lot of his stepbacks, switches or slides his pivot, shuffles to start a blowby. Other will have a couple per game while Luka spams them with the dozens.
I love to see the underdog win but the Celtics are closing. The Mavs hasn’t shown they can handle the heat of playing in Boston. Slowing down Kyrie takes away half their strength plus the Celtics are more efficient offensively
Celtics are winning tomorrow. Too little too late for the Mavs.
Probably, yep.
I think they can extend the series but Boston will ultimately win
They probably might win
It is a series, but it's not serious. The NBA is not a serious league. The pundits, owners and players are rich children responsible to no one.
The Mavs are going to win Game 5. Hear me out:
- The Mavs have tied or won the last 9 out of 12 quarters
- The Mavs murdered the Celtics 22-2 in the last quarter of Game 3
- The Mavs massacred the Celtics every single quarter of Game 4.
- The Celtics won Games 1&2 largely because of KP and KP is now out
- The Celtics without KP lost against a Butler-less Miami Heat and a depleted Cavs team
- The Celtics have all the pressure on them to close-out Game 5 while the Mavs are playing freely without expectations
- The Mavs have all the momentum going into Game 5 and have finally figured out the blueprint against the Celtics
Forget about the first two games with KP. This is a different Boston team now.
I would hate playing with Luka. Imagine your best player constantly crapping on the refs, its bad enough when its your coach doing it. Pathetic and probably why most stars left him.
The 3 by Exum didn't country;)
