The HOA on the Turtle Creek Blvd buildings are like having another rent on top on your regular mortgage but the view is amazing. It is expensive to live here and after 10 pm is quite a ghost town which I love. Be aware it isn’t cheap to live in this area. Most old money Dallas Tx lives here so don’t complain. I will say in this area I hardly see families with children mostly young adults and majority of seniors with their nurses and dogs.
