- This is a tutorial on how to do box braids including boho, gypsy, or bora bora braids on short natural hair. I had a total of 10 rows….4 rows in the back and 6 rows on top with a total of 96 braids. I will show you how to pre section the hair and how to create this look including how many curly pieces I added to each braid.

I wanted to try the look of Bora Bora braids, but I didn't want them too thick. I love how full your hair looks, but it isn't so dense that the amount of hair seems overwhelming. Your hair looks so pretty. I was nervous about trying this style on myself for the first time, especially since I'd be doing it myself and I'm just a teenager trying to do her own hair but watching your video gives me more confidence to do so!
