    So… “than a mug”
Was a phrase coined-originally used by Martin Lawrence on the show Martin.
It was used as a substitute for cursing on tv, as the term was to replace “than a mf”
Which he also used often… (house party, as Bilal) (DefComedyJam, as host/stand up comedian)
It was initially used as measure for temperature, but became synonymous with measure of extreme sort… “I’m hungry dan a muuug” “dejuvu than a muhhg!”
We should be accrediting the Martin Show and its creator for making this a term

Malcolm X was a fantastic orator. He was very inspirational and had a certain edginess and swagger that was powerful. He could say things that cut to the bone and laid bare the issue. He had a way of delivery articulate zingers that stuck in peoples minds.

    My Mama has a unit
of measurement called, "My-nyeah" as in, "I spent my-nyeah $200 on groceries." She is 86 and raised in the deep south, and we have begun to collect her sayings and units of measurement because they are precious to us now. We believe this measurements stands for , "Mighty Near".😊 It certainly won't make the top ten because we have gotten sophisticated now😂, but I had to include it. One of my other favorites is, "The Reckry". Example:
ME: "Mama, can you come in here a minute?"
MAMA: "I'll be there 'The Reckry' ". 😊😊🥰
    *The Reckry =Directly (We believe).
