Since it’s thin crust the edge should never be burnt . Nonetheless I am so happy that you enjoyed the essence of Atharva’s Italian dishes . 🤔 Have you ever tried Sabbrro Pizza? They sell in (huge) slices.. You could try a special video of brands beyond Dominos n Pizza Hut and Include Smokin' Joe, Sabbrro, Ovenstory, Mojo Pizza etc. ....But all these will be available in Mumbai only; not Delhi!

Let's be honest this is nowhere near Italian style. The Pizza base right ? where is your spreading skills using hands and the dough is too hard for the pizza looks like there is not yeast ? Then where is your marinara sauce ? Also the cheese is not mozzarella lol. Calzone is basically aloo paratha with different stuffing maybe you should learn the real one fly there to Italy and you will get to know. Im only saying this only for thefact when some one messes up our cuisine in other places we get mad. Same here. Don't fall for this guys.
Appreciate the owners luck but certainly not the skill Base is not handled properly and more over the oven only burns the pizza from top but the base doesn't get cooked That's why he uses tava to cook the base which looks rediculous for any so called 5 star pizza ,I believe proper oven should be used as the air doesn't play much in there Hope he understands and work for some accuracy and upgrade it
