also their first kiss is now in my top first kisses, bc "I needed to shut you up so you won't cry for help bc I tried to kill you" is just incredible. I'm still bitter there's no scene about tian finding out his hubby was his first kiss, I thought this scene is a must, like with wangxian blindfolded first kiss haha

Ajhdhhdhs I had to sit on my comment for this video because I love them TOO MUCH I have too many emotions. Did this make me cry multiple times? Maybe, who's to say.
This edit could be subtitled: Jiu Stares Longingly at Tian for 4 Minutes, and I'm here for it. Jam's ability to emote without speech is no joke.
I loved this, obviously. Excellent choice in song, such good scene selections, all my fave Jiu/Tian moments are here (the cut sleeve, the floorboards, Jiu finally letting go enough to laugh), I love that you included so many parallels: the wound treatment, the faces close together, the handkerchief and the cut sleeve scrap, the two cloths between them moments, the kneeling scenes, the hands clasping, all so powerful! That transition with the candy flower was utter perfection, seriously. The action sequences are on point for timing, as always, too.
Such a good job; you made me feel all of the emotions all over again. 💕
Also, slight aside, but the scene at 3:20 is so funny out of context, I can just imagine someone who hasn't seen the series and doesn't know about the Horror Mushrooms just being like, "why is this gay man writhing in pain because of glitter? Seems counterintuitive".

Hi I'm back! lol. Couldn't agree more. I was obsessed with this drama when it was airing. It was so so good and their relationship was perfection. There were some pretty frustrating characters that got focused on a bit too much but honestly most of them were given a better light by the end

Never watched _'To Sir, With Love'_ but I always felt that the chemistry between them in _'Laws of Attraction'_ was really beyond them being professional (not implying anything). Seeing that they worked together before makes so much sense now. I really like them and the stories they chose - because whilst obviously a BL, the romance is secondary or complementary to a well written story (suspense/mystery).

@Bae Bussy I think it feels like that because TSWL is not a BL series but a lakorn. Tian and Jiu are BL characters in a lakorn ... which, until recently, does not include gay characters. That, and the historical time when the story took place, made it practically a requirement that any physical demonstration of love between the two men be very conservative. Because the viewers of BLs are very different from viewers of lakorns - who tend to be more conservative.
That the two actors are able to express so much - love, yearning, hurt, sadness, confusion, anger - with their eyes elevated this series. I watched it just for them ... and hope there will be more series with them. But not as straight men in lakorns. Lol.
