There are many different ways to get stronger. I personally do bouldering 3-5 times a week. Depending on the intensity of the session. Also did power training in the past but I'm a lazy and I enjoy just bouldering more. -> do what's most fun to you and that on a regular basis, than you'll get stronger with the time! and always listen to your body to avoid injuries :) hope that helps. when you have further questions just ask...
