Kidney Transplant & Cross Match Test | Gurdey Ke Pewandkari | Kidney Transplant Guide in Urdu

Kidney transplant is major surgery which involves transfer of kidney from one human being to another human being. Kidney transplant or Gurdey Ke pewandkari is done for kidney patient whose kidney failure has been diagnosed. Choice of kidney donor is very crucial and it involves a lot of medical testing before actual transplant happens.
This video covers the cross match of kidney donor and kidney receiver. The most common cross match being used in Pakistan for kidney donor and receiver is CDC Cross Match although in many developed country this CDC crossmatch is less used and they are preferring Crossflow cross match before kidney transplant.
Timing of cross match is every important and it is best practice to perform CDC Cross match in last days of kidney transplant to get most accurate and reliable information which can help saving life of kidney transplant recipient.
