I stumbled upon Soen on Spotify and immediately loved it. Have always been a huge Opeth fan, so when I found out their drummer was Martin Lopez, I understood why Soen clicked so well with me.

Unfortunately the gig in de Boerderij Zoetermeer (NL) has been cancelled for 20 November. Would have loved to finally see Soen performing live, but will definitely go for the rebound. To me Imperial is the best album I've ever heard in more than 5 years. What a great piece of progrock!!!! As a die hard Marillion fan and addicted to listening to the FEAR album, Imperial has now opened my eyes, ears and heart to Soen......River, Lotus and Martyrs from previous albums are also magnificant. Keep on rocking, guys!
