this new concept is really good! Something about "real" ASMR experiences that are just so good.
I think massage therapists are natural asmstists. This was excellent, the lighting, calm talking, slow movements and gloves on top of cherry. 10 points!

Unless she asked her to do so. Where I was on physio were no gloves nor special mood lighting. But it depends on the place of course.

Get yourself a Groove pillow if you haven’t already tried one. I would get cervicogenic headaches from neck/nerve pinching and also pain between shoulder blades. Haven’t had any pain or discomfort since using this pillow for about a month now.
i second this!! i literally just got one a few weeks ago and it's made such a HUGE difference. My migraines and neck pain have decreased so much.

This was relaxing, i used it for a mindfulness exercise from the book 30 Days to Reduce Anxiety by Harper Daniels.
Reminder that everyone likes different things. I for one like unintentional sounding asmr (more natural) and loove glove sounds. However, some people prefer high quality binaural sounds and whispering, you can't please everyone in one video, so be kind to august❤

Although I’m loving the sounds, I can’t imagine you’re getting much (long-term) pain relief from this. Looks like she’s not using enough pressure to really get any knots out.

@@BeBraveBeYouASMR1 don't know. I mean Iam not saying this video is bad or anything but I always understood the term "unintentional asmr" as something that is for example taken out of a TV program or something not connected to- and intended as asmr that still triggers the feeling
@@simonl.6338 to me unintentional means exactly that. Not forced or added. All natural sounds & visually. The camera & mic capture the realistic sounds in a realistic environment nothing forced however I feel the gloves were added & was unnecessary but I do like glove sounds.

That is by the Liter - There are nearly 4 liters in a gallon so no; gas is not cheap there
Not sure of I like It or not. ASMR Beauty has been doing this for a long time and I love this kind of format but I miss August' voice, it's so perfect for ASMR....
