Does that mean people just want to watch sports? No, it is always exciting to watch the best do the best. And with Tiger Woods, you have no idea how much impact he’s had to golfers around the world. Lots of people started playing golf because of him. All those current athletic players nowadays learned from his work ethic. During his domination, he made golf exciting to watch (golf is participation sport, not spectating) And his next win would be one of the greatest come back in sport world.

I think I speak for the majority of people who play golf and who enjoy watching Tiger including myself, if i say - The reason I love watching Tiger is because when I see him coming down the stretch in contention and pulling off shot after shot like he did on Sunday in the PGA, I get all the same feelings as I get when I'm playing a tournament, Pressure, Nerves, Excitement, Adrenaline, its just so exciting to watch because not only is he one of the greatest golfers to have ever lived (In my opinion The Greatest, but I get it if you say Jack is, because he is on paper) but also because he has been through so much shit the past 8 - 10 years and he is making one of the most majestic comebacks in sporting history. We have all had injuries, done something maybe we shouldn't have, Been through terrible life situations and tough times. So as a person who encourages anybody to better themselves and overcome hardship with a fist pump and a middle finger in the air to those who doubt you no matter what there low point may have been, this is why I love watching TW on the golf course. By your logic why do you not like other players? Brookes Jordan and many others are simply trying to make a living which are the true underdogs much more relatable who are hungrier

I think the British Open and the PGA are his best chances of getting another major, some will argue The Masters at Augusta as well but he'd have to dramatically improve his driving for that to happen these days.
SiLo Mixing and Mastering well, as far as distance he was one of the best on tour this year, but it isn't consistent. You're right. I really believe he has At least 4 or 5 majors left in him...maybe more. He is other worldly when he's on his game. But, he does need to go into Sunday leading because although holding the lead on Sunday is the hardest thing to do, it is where he's comfortable
In the only professional golf event I have ever attended, I was lucky enough to be able to follow Tiger around all day and watch him shoot a 64 on a Sunday in a major. Rumors of Tiger's previous shots spread through the crowd like wildfire. From seeing the incredible draw on his shot into 9 green from five feet away, to being right behind him when he sliced the ball on 17, this was a truly remarkable experience that I will never forget.
There's just not another athlete like him in the history of sports. To dominate like he did in the late 90s and early 2000s, then go through rough patches and swing changes, dominate again, then go through more swing changes, the major life problems, the physical problems/surgeries, now to be back like this AGAIN. Well, I'm mostly talking about the physical struggles Tiger had to go through, the surgeries to his back in particular. There just aren't athletes who go through major back pain and surgeries and then are able to come back to the top. Ali went through a lot of other struggles of course.
@@randalldenison4628 Are you crazy? Did anybody outside of the United States and I suppose Europe even know who Arnold Palmer was? Tiger was and still is known throughout the entire civilized world.
Tiger hit so many quality iron shots inside 5 feet. More than I have seen him do in years. Watch out. His driver has never been accurate but if his irons and putter are working he can win anywhere anytime.
Geronimo McDuggins that guy is an animal...just like drag racers-I’m sure he’s just going over data...we know he’s got the strength-and he’s confident hitting the driver/I think he’s still learning that twist face stuff..
He doesn't need to drive it well. It's crazy, in the mid 2000s the guy could not hit a fairway! It's how he gets out of the most insane situations to make par or even birdie sometimes that has made him such a dominant and entertaining force on the tour. It's also what probably killed his back. Watching him swing at the PGA I worry he is killing his body. He claims he built his new swing around not injuring himself, but I don't buy it.
His best ever score is 61, but he probably could have easily broken 60 a couple of times in the day, if his driving was straighter. Straighter drives = Flag hunting = Birdies = Lower scores
Michael Giblock playing these guys he probably didn’t need to hit as good..but against the other younger guys.if he is square with that driver he’ll be able to average the new low scores..and stay ahead...
Man that approach shot on 15th had my phone vibrating from the crowd's noise. You're not a real golfer if you were not closing to shedding tears after witnessing Tiger's brilliance, the crowd made me feel like I was part of the live action. I LOVE TW and when he plays golf this exceptionally well I just wanna cry. CONGRATULATIONS TO BROOKS KOEPKA for keeping a steady head and winning this tournament when he had TIGER breathing heavily down his neck. Great Highlights as well to the PGA 👍🏾
This was one of the most electrifying tournaments I've seen in recent years. Last years Master's was another one. There is something about Tiger being in contention that no other player can capture. Maybe McIlroy, but it's not the same.
That put on 18 was amazing. I was there and when he walked off the green we all started chanting "Tiger". He knew he wasn't going to win but he also knew he was back. Hope he carries that feeling through this week at The Open.
He didn't get the W and people can say what they will about tiger fans being bandwagon fans, but that was the most exciting finish to a tournament as we're seen all year and that's what golf is all about.
Watching Tiger in contention and playing superb golf once again on a Sunday afternoon is just about as sublime a viewing experience as it gets. Have to admit- I thought that I would never see him play at this level again. Now that he's back- I appreciate him even more, as do many, many millions of fans. Those galleries were unbelievable.
This year’s PGA Championship was incredible to watch, so much fun watching Tiger do what he used to do on a regular basis. I got chills during that round!
Very few golfers can erase mistakes as consistently as Tiger did here. So many remarkable shots from terrible areas. He left some strokes out there and still managed a 64 in the final round of a major. Simply incredible. Looks like he’s putting again too. It’s only a matter of time and I will enjoy every second of it!
This is by far the most exciting round of golf I've ever seen. This might even top the final round at Augusta just now. The shit that he pulled off at this PGA was out of this world.
He was born to play golf...born with the talent. For all of you out there who said that he would never win another one...he is the best I have ever seen ! ! ! ! !
I think Tiger 🐅 should be highly competitive for at least the next 5 years if not 10. I mean just look at him. He looks like a 20 year old. He is truly a tiger. 🐅
He is in pristine shape. He'll have his hat in the ring until he's 50, Tom Watson competed into his damn 60s. And look at Phil, he won a major at 43, and then took second place 11 shots clear of third place in the 2016 Open championship. Jack won the masters at 46! Tiger is going to win at least one more tournament, it'd be a shame if he couldn't. Hopefully he'll play some of the small tournaments like the JohnDeere Classis next year...

The only roars on a golf course that come close to the volume and intensity of Tiger's are when Jack Nicklaus was playing. So incredible to watch Tiger in contention again at a major. Never thought I would be fortunate enough to see it again. No doubt in my mind that he will win again.

Tiger will win a major again. That being said, he let his secret out of being an athlete and working out to improve his game...and all these young guys now followed suit
No.. not fair.. at all(sorry Jeremy I appreciate you trying to be nice to Chuck). In fact it's abject nonsense. What the heck are you talking about Chuck? Yea.. 4 hole in ones on par 3s is 8 under... is there a point coming later on that we should be looking out for from you? or you just kind of defecating random facts? He shot a 64 spraying it all over the course.. hell if his driver was straight he probably would have shot a 60. He shot a 64 and got absolutely jobbed on two putts.. there's your 62 for you. Insufferable prick.
Favorite golfer. Gives me hope to see he gets the respect he deserves from the public, everyone's rooting for him! people like Tiger make the world a better place.
Never heard crowds so loud on a course. It was beyond thrilling, I was on the edge of my seat like it was a football game. I watch golf almost every week/weekend but no crowds or cheers are like tiger cheers!
Geronimo McDuggins totally. There's a vid somewhere on UA-cam where Tiger and Phil are paired together. And the 1st tee guy starts rattling off all the wins and stuff. And Phil interrupts him and says ok thats enough! It's pretty funny
If he can win at least one tournament before the end of the season, that would be amazing. And he can stay healthy next season which will be the key, he will have a season like he did back in 2013 and contend majors again.
Tiger has had two very Real opportunities this year to win in the majors. The PGA was his closes in many years and it's because of his iron play. He needs to work on controlling his driver and in the mean time, he can utilize his 1 iron or 3 wood on the longer holes. He has won majors barely using his driver and can do so, once again. It's essential that he wins again prior to the next major for his own positive reinforcement,
When Tiger pulled out that driver on the par 5 with the water and out of bounds on the right i screamed at the tv for him to put it back because he was missing it right consistently. I know he had to try to get an eagle but a safe birdie strategy would have increased the pressure on Brooks going down the last 3 more than a par. Still an amazing performance by Tiger in his comeback year after about 10 back surgeries
Only the MAN who has never been lossing his form when no health issue. PGA, love to see more and more of his all shots in every tournament. Go TIGER!!!
*2nd most exciting. The most exciting would be Tiger Woods winning his 5th Masters in 2019 at the age of 43. Still at a lose for words for the greatness that i witnessed.

Jack has even admitted that over time the field has gotten stronger. That's generally what happens because over time more people have started playing golf so there's more competition. Jack was definitely able to stay more healthy. People tend to forget how win percentage is actually the best metric of how good someone is. So in any given major, Tiger was winning more often than Jack. Same concept as in basketball shooting free throws. You measure free throw shooting ability in percentages of makes/attempts, not the cumulative number of free throws a player makes. So yeah I'd love for them on TV broadcasts when they bring up the graphic of the list of total majors won, to include number of majors played in. That would dawn the reality upon people that Jack has had the benefit of playing in 77 more majors than Tiger. So yeah I mean yeah I'd hope Jack could win 3 more majors than tiger in those extra 77 attempts.
The main reason the 2019 Masters was different is that he kept himself extremely composed and and emotionally balanced...super zen.. and he won .. (I think for the first time) when he was not leading going into Sunday.
This is great. But I only wish they could've run it a little longer on the really great shots. So we could hear the crowd. There's nothing like a Tiger roar. I also liked when Tiger slapped hands between holes with a fan. And they jumped like Phil winning his first major.
this was at Belle Reve in St. Louis and almost all the players interviewd said they loved this atmosphere and the crowds. St. Louis was starving for a major event and finally got one. The entire state of Missouri turned out and hundreds of thousands of people got to see Tiger play who never got the chance before. Tiger was on the ove that day and he and the crowd were vibing. So, I don't watch or follow him or any Black man who does NOT honor, give respect and worth or love BLACK WOMEN!!
I was directly behind him when he hit this shot. It was incredible. The ball started at the PGA sign on the fence behind the bunker, and he drew it at least 20 yards to give him the birdie putt. Being right next to the green when he sunk that birdie putt was electrifying.
Also, read his book. He has tunnel vision when I comes to 90% of his shots… visualizes landing area… spin… and wind. And then stuffs 8/10 times with an iron. Crazy athlete.
To everyone who wants less focus on Tiger: When Spieth shot 64 at Augusta this year to finish 3rd people celebrated the incredible performance he put on to do it, nobody complained that Spieth was being overhyped and that Reed deserved more attention but when you switch Spieth to Tiger people get angry when Tiger gets attention for incredible efforts that come up just short. Stop complaining about a guy who has won 14 majors getting the spotlight, what was the biggest storyline in the 1998 Masters or the 2009 Open? It wasn’t Mark O’Meara or Stewart Cink, it was the legends who rolled back time and reminded everyone what they could do and no one complained about Nicklaus or Watson bias then.

Rhett Kraljevic and he was nearly doing that from the bunkers..
1:53: Gives me chills. Awesome that I get to experience the tiger roars.
I was there too! On the hill next to the tee box of 4
This was one of the most electrifying tournaments I've seen in recent years. Last years Master's was another one. There is something about Tiger being in contention that no other player can capture. Maybe McIlroy, but it's not the same.
That swing with the driver at 13:43 is just flawless. My gosh what a shot. He didn’t win this tournament, but he’s the greatest of all time.
Keep coming back to this video. Probably one of the greatest iron play exhibition from any players ever, if not the best.
I loved every second of it. And i am not a Tiger fan but this was awesome.
@1:52 could be the greatest Tiger roar of all-time...
I'm glad you guys kept the shot tracers! Everyone who plays golf knows how hard it is. We all fantasize of playing like Tiger.
His recovery game is absurd. To not get on the fairway that many times in a row and still manage some of those shots man. Can’t wait to see more
4:44 MEOW haha I laughed so hard
This is by far the most exciting round of golf I've ever seen. This might even top the final round at Augusta just now. The shit that he pulled off at this PGA was out of this world.
He was born to play golf...born with the talent. For all of you out there who said that he would never win another one...he is the best I have ever seen ! ! ! ! !
Welcome back. Always knew you'd return.
I watched his DVD “Tiger My Favourite 18 Holes” and was totally gutted that it was about golf!
nice:)
lol
🌽
I'm not in to ⛳. This I watched. To see a man on his second wind man up. This is what America is about. Congrats Tiger.
yrs, pill popping waitress hound is what it's all about
Hearing the roar on the final putt gave me chills. It’s been a long time since we’ve heard that sound with Tiger on the 18th green.
I think Tiger 🐅 should be highly competitive for at least the next 5 years if not 10. I mean just look at him. He looks like a 20 year old. He is truly a tiger. 🐅
Suburban Preparedness from your mouth to God's ear.
@@kstateman1493 wrong. Just got fusing vertebrae surgery. Doctor says he has literally 2 years. He has grinded down all his cartilage and is bone on bone in hips as well. He is the GOAT but he is done in a few short years.
Ashton Duda Guess you didn't watch the tour championship
@@kstateman1493 guess you didnt read my reply. He will be good as his 30 year old form for another few years max. Then degraded bone and back issues will stop his career. Sad to see but look at his doctor reports.
The only roars on a golf course that come close to the volume and intensity of Tiger's are when Jack Nicklaus was playing. So incredible to watch Tiger in contention again at a major. Never thought I would be fortunate enough to see it again. No doubt in my mind that he will win again.
Jack is nothing compared to The Tiger never was and will be /When Jack and all the rest were in their prime golf was so dead /golf courses were like cemeteries Tiger put life into the sport
What an annoying era of fans yelling get in the hole after every shot
I know. It's so stupid to yell it everytime especially on a par 5 when they tee off. It's not getting in the hole guys. Shut up. Lol😂
amazing round by a golf master, very fun to watch and learn from thanks for posting
4:30 "he's probably the best middle iron player I've ever seen"... Man he's the best person to ever hold a stick
Golden Bear
Tiger will win a major again. That being said, he let his secret out of being an athlete and working out to improve his game...and all these young guys now followed suit
You were right
Hahaha oh little did we know how right you were
If he had the drive going on Sunday he would have shot at least a 62
Chuck Taylor fair, but being on with driver is different from getting a hole in one.
59
Absolutely a 62 !
jim bob yup, 59 for sure
No.. not fair.. at all(sorry Jeremy I appreciate you trying to be nice to Chuck).
Good editing. Thanks for the upload.
absolute darts from the rough, I can't wait to watch him contend again.
Phil indeed!
The way he battled on that front 9 missing all those fairways was epic.
Video not complete without the 1st tee announcement come on man!
Tyler Wilhelm missed it, what happened
It’s always comically long “The 1999, 2000, 2006, and 2007 PGA Champion, TIGER WOODS”
Nothing just the video always gets me more pumped up when the first tee announcer says Tiger Woods now driving!
Geronimo McDuggins totally. There's a vid somewhere on UA-cam where Tiger and Phil are paired together. And the 1st tee guy starts rattling off all the wins and stuff. And Phil interrupts him and says ok thats enough! It's pretty funny
Tyler Wilhelm Phil does the "okay, okay, enough already". Hilarious 😁😆😂
Tiger: walks out of clubhouse.
Crowd: GET IN THE HOOOOLE!!!!
those clowns should get into a hole and die cause they have a hole in their heads
If he can win at least one tournament before the end of the season, that would be amazing. And he can stay healthy next season which will be the key, he will have a season like he did back in 2013 and contend majors again.
I can't get enough of these highlights, 2020
Hey thanks for putting this together. Really good stuff. I appreciate it.
Hes back bby
Only the MAN who has never been lossing his form when no health issue. PGA, love to see more and more of his all shots in every tournament. Go TIGER!!!
Someone call me when he's playing again. Its the only time i care about golf
Thursday
This weekend ;)
you don't know golf
Awesome perspective! Nice to watch. Keep doing this edit for other players also!
Let’s hope for another one of these for tomorrow !!!!
woods win with 70 feels so great man
Cheers sir and welcome back...It’s been a long time! Not many greens but 64 is incredible nonetheless🔥
"The magic is back."
Welcome back!!!
Thanks for putting this together, love every shot & loved watching this!
This is the most exciting shit i've ever seen in my LIFE
*2nd most exciting. The most exciting would be Tiger Woods winning his 5th Masters in 2019 at the age of 43. Still at a lose for words for the greatness that i witnessed.
@@maizeandblue5102 or Jack winning the Masters and his 6th green jacket at age 46
@@billmoyer3254 nah screw jack. Old golf was ass boring. Tiger basically has changed the game into an actual sport
@@jhaz89 I let that pass because you have no context. Jack hit a balata ball with a forged 1 iron(sweet spot less that the diameter of your pinky" at Pebble Beach into a gale wind on the 17th on the last round of the US open. It hit the flagstick and he had a tap in. Tiger could not hit that shot in a million years. Nicklaus started with no management company,Lear jet, swing coach, harem of poledancers,Nike contract, fawnin non-golfer idiot wanabee groupies. He won the most majors in an era of competition from the best players by their aggregate record, and he won the Masters at a later age. Tiger will never beat Jack's major record. Never!
@@billmoyer3254 Jack has played in 164 majors. Tiger has played 87 majors.
___Majors wins/attempts___
Tiger: 15/87= 17.24%
Jack: 18/164= 10.98%
__PGA Tour wins/attempts __
Tiger: 82/365 = 22.47%
Jack: 73/586 = 12.46%
Also, the field was not better back in Jack's day. So yeah I mean yeah I'd hope Jack could win 3 more majors than tiger in those extra 77 attempts.
how come I remember all of these shots so vividly
ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!!!
ABOUT TIME YOU POSTED THIS!
I was at this round. The electricity was out of this world!!!
Glad to see him being himself again. It's tough to get back to the top. These golfers has elevated the game to another level. Exciting to watch
the one at 10:25. it just stops unexpectedly. like an outside power did not want him to win that day.
Opposite of what happened on the 16th hole at the 2005 Masters
The main reason the 2019 Masters was different is that he kept himself extremely composed and and emotionally balanced...super zen.. and he won .. (I think for the first time) when he was not leading going into Sunday.
Just imagine how good he'll be when he starts hitting fairways again, omg!
I love watching this guy play
This is great. But I only wish they could've run it a little longer on the really great shots.
So we could hear the crowd. There's nothing like a Tiger roar.
I also liked when Tiger slapped hands between holes with a fan. And they jumped like Phil winning his first major.
15:10 inspiring shot and result, love his amazing commentary on such a great shot.
If the clowns in the crowd stop yelling "IN THE HOLE" as soon as the club meets the ball, that'd be great.
GET IN THE HOLE!!!
fukkin idiots
this was at Belle Reve in St. It was pretty amazing to be there.
@@DBEENE123 I'd have to look where I saw it but a good number of the American players said they would love to play a Ryder Cup here in St. Louis!!! We may not be the biggest city, but when events come to town..... we love sports.....and show up up in droves and blow it out!!
“In the hole” off the tee on a par 5 sorry but these fans are either drunk or complete idiots. It much more annoying when you have a compilation like this
I don’t wanna overreact here but Tiger was a few inches and a bad drive on 17 away from potentially shooting 59 on a Sunday at a major. GOAT
Can you guys upload the CBS broadcast also? No offense to these two guys but they pale in comparison to Nantz Faldo and the rest of the crew.
man this round has so many memorable shots seriously
His swing just sounds different than everyone elses
I just wanna mention that Brian Anderson is a Grade A commentator. He makes everything sound exciting.
Thank you Tiger on the behalf of the black culture for showing that we are somebody and that we can master and accomplish anything.. sports, music, Doctors, lawyers, actors, president and the list goes on.. can you dig it!
Yes, I CAN diggit Mr. Sandman. But the problem for me as a Black woman is this. Tiger has NO interest in sharing his fame and fortune...his WEALTH with a BLACK WOMAN! Not even an ASIAN woman! So, I don't watch or follow him or any Black man who does NOT honor, give respect and worth or love BLACK WOMEN!!
Tiger is Asian.
@@marilynharper7424 Tiger can date whoever he wants. Your just as racist as the people that say he is wrong for dating white women.
That was amazing.I just can't imagine being that good at golf.
8:04
How can he manage to swing with that obstructive view from the crowds?
I was directly behind him when he hit this shot. It was incredible. The ball started at the PGA sign on the fence behind the bunker, and he drew it at least 20 yards to give him the birdie putt. Being right next to the green when he sunk that birdie putt was electrifying.
@@SqueezerFadeGolf dang that’s pretty cool! i was there too, but i was with rickies group, incredible tournament!
Also, read his book. He has tunnel vision when I comes to 90% of his shots… visualizes landing area… spin… and wind. And then stuffs 8/10 times with an iron. Crazy athlete.
Always fun to watch him pull off miracles out of the junk. It inspires me and gives me hope for my game.
To everyone who wants less focus on Tiger:
When Spieth shot 64 at Augusta this year to finish 3rd people celebrated the incredible performance he put on to do it, nobody complained that Spieth was being overhyped and that Reed deserved more attention but when you switch Spieth to Tiger people get angry when Tiger gets attention for incredible efforts that come up just short.

It's magical watching this legend DO GOLF SHOTS👏👏👏
