Hunter Valley Steamfest 2023 - 10 Class Locos Display

The 1911 SMR No.10 and 1915 SMR No.18 were moved early today, April 29, for a static display at Hunter Valley Steamfest, Maitland, NSW Australia. The veteran coal locos worked their commercial lives on the South Maitland Railway, until June 10, 1983, when the steam era ended there. Both locos are currently under restoration.
