I think I remember this episode when it originally aired. But all the same, it’s still just as infuriating this time around. He’s a sick, disgusting pos. His whole demeanor was disturbing, especially AFTER the results & in the after show clip. What makes this story even worse, more heartbreaking is that the child’s father didn’t believe it, even in the update they were still trying to convince him that it happenedwas true. I think I remember watching this story , and I wasn’t fully sure if he was lying or telling the truth at first . However I was hearing loopholes while he was telling his perspective about the situation . And how could the police cleared him since they barely had evidence about him molesting that child or so he claims ? I hope there was an update about this and I hope he ended up in prison .
Many times if they have lack of evidence. No DNA or visual trauma to the child and no other witnesses to the crime they normally drop the case. It's not that the police don't believe the child it's just that without a confession and with no other evidence the courts would let him off. Too many times if they took it to court with no evidence he'd be found not guilty because it can't be proven and no one wants to traumatize the child further by putting them on the stand. If found not guilty they can't prosecute him again so often times the perp walks until another victim comes forward or they slip up. Either way I wish them luck and I too hope he's in prison.
