I miss playing on mw2. Cod needs to get like this again. I remember hours playing this game using every gun to get every attachments. The 1v1s. The trick shots. The loud lobbies with people raging and yelling at each other. That was the only time I never muted the lobby

Damn...right in the feels,playing with friends straight after school and all day-night on the weekends with people we dont play cod with anymore! Legendary game! Trickshotting has sadly died,the immense pleasure of hitting a banger and trying to press all those buttons and trying to 1080 and noscope him before we hit the ground......immense feeling of satisfaction! RIP the good ol days ❤🙏

MW2 was the golden age of CoD. I remember my first was CoD4 late into the games lifecycle cause I was more a Halo player but when this game came out I didn’t touch Halo for a long time. From grinding for Fall camo, to racing my buddies for the highest nuke counts, playing custom lobbies, and the high powered weapons and perks that really never were nerfed into the ground like modern times. Shit even after BO1 came out I stuck to this game for the most part. The boosted lobbies and paying 2000 Microsoft points to get all emblems were so fun. Pretty sure me and my friends played this game regularly until BO2 came out. We always tried out the other releases but this one was so good. IW was a great studio.

Some of my best times as a kid were spent on this game. The memories are insane. What a game. Beats every cod, ever.
AA-12, extended mag, and scavenger was my favorite shotty setup. Went along great with any primary setup as well
I'll never forget this moment in MW2; I loaded up into Quarry domination and the match already started, there was a pavelow wrecking my team already so I run towards that back flanking route on the map and killed a guy in the middle and it just so happens that this guy was the one who was wreaking havoc on my team and I also gave him his first death. Shortly after I killed him the weirdest thing happened, the game legit restarted. As in the map started loading again and the match itself started anew. I was so confused but I continued playing and I had a hunch that the guy I killed was responsible, so I ran the same route only to find the same guy in a similar area who was off to a good start with the game only started about a minute before. I killed him again and the match restarted again, this went on about 2 more times til the hacker just straight up disabled anyone from moving from their spawn... he also enabled radar. So me being the cunning hacker assassin, I loaded up my one man army noobtube class and shot two grenade launches right towards their spawn, which killed the entire team lol. He then either kicked me specifically from the game or ended that game entirely. It was an amazing experience.
This is the greatest thing since this happened to all of us. RIP MW2.
I had the best fun playing MW2 with my friends and cousins, one of my boys who I played the most with on this game passed 6 months ago, so it's going to be sad when the new game comes out because we would've partied up like old times. Man the lobby chat in those MW2 lobbies were wild & hilarious back in the days haha

Anybody remember running around with the care package marker in hand for the added speed boost and increased melee lunge range? Spas stopping power + USP tac knife. Basically had walls with a suppressed AK. That weird ass sound of the WA2000. Dusting kids with the akimbo Rafficas. The secret ladder on Highrise? The title grind? The camo grind? It was all just so perfect. I was so sad when towards the end of its life cycle I joined a lobby that instantly unlocked everything and levelled you to highest Prestige. I was still so focused on the weapon mastery and titles I could have shed a tear if I knew how fondly I'd be looking back!
His laugh around the 8:08 minute mark is everything. That's a true laugh coming from deep inside. Don't think I've ever heard him laugh like that haha

I miss trickshotting aswell the community feel around it was crazy.
I did the exact same with the highrise spawn kills.
Triple kill > double kill > hit marker/bled out > quad feed.
And it normally happens when no one is with you and you can’t prove it, and I did it in a room full of my friends and when I hit the shots we all just jumped up in pure excitement 😂 amazing times man
I remember watching most of these when they first got uploaded, I wish cod had the same feeling no matter how good the new games are the community will never be as strong as back then

Watching this just reminds me of all the great times I used to have on CoD. I still to this day remember trying to hit trickqhots like some of these, running noob tunes to be a scumbag, and afterwards watching iReapz montages. Truly the golden age of CoD
MW2 best game to ever be released!!! Still to this day I wish the game would be alive forever and have so many people playing it because the amount of memories you make on this game is unreal! This game will never be beaten and idc what anyone says!

I'm more than happy that I grew up on this game with my brother. So many memories coming back doing splitscreen setting up trickshots and trying to hit them online. Also hearing some of the things in lobbies was crazy. Thanks Tim for this amazing nostalgia trip 👑

MW2 is really strange. If you asked me to explain why it was such a good cod game I honestly couldnt. What made it better than other cods? I really dont know, other than that I grew up playing it and still love it to this day.
For me it was that we played it after school for hours with my friends, and it’s was the only thing everyone talked about at school, but if we were to play it today, I would hate it, that game was broken as shit.
It’s crazy, majority of these videos he just watched. I remember watching them as a kid when they first came out. Time flies. MW2 will always remain my favorite cod. Miss those days !
This was the game that basically started my cod career. I played a little of one where you started the campaign by storming the Beach of Normandy but mw2 is where i REALLY started playing

Dude grenading spawn had me rolling. Those were the best days in gaming. Besides this there was the DOW-12 with explosive rounds in Battlefield 3 where you could snipe people with a shotgun and explosive rounds as long as you knew the arc.
