    invest in a thermal label printer, no ink needed and no need for cellotape, just use a polymailer

    I'm in the same boat as you buddy! Grade 10 student running a reselling business, the difference being I sell electronics and stuff like that. Thanks for the video, it was cool to see someone else's process to this. Comment section is also insightful, guess I better invest in a thermal printer.

    I personally sell trading cards online on platforms like whatnot and ebay, I see you using a regular ink printer for labels. Investing in a thermal printer will save you so much time and money. How do you manage your money? Like how do you know how much to spend from your profit?

    • @AsaFletcher

      Really just putting the money I earn right back into inventory. At the end of the month I do finances and see the profit I’ve made. I’ll take this money and make a deposit into a brokerage account so that it compounds with interest

  • @senorstronk

    I've sold about 12,000 items on ebay. Mostly clothes and vinyl. Is depop worth it? Where are you at now? I want to move to depop and try to get top seller on their platform with my clothes. How many do you list each day? Most I ever made on ebay after fees was about 4000 a month give or take. Would be awesome to get to that but even 2000 on depop is fine with me. I have lots of vintage clothes and some good cheap sources to pick from.

    • @AsaFletcher
      @AsaFletcher  18 днів тому +2

      Sitting good with numbers right now. I would definitely recommend trying to make the transition. They take around 5% on transactions larger than $10 and 10% on transactions under $10 (while framing it as a payment processing fee) but this is way better than eBay.

    • @senorstronk
      @senorstronk 18 днів тому +1

      @@AsaFletcher Yeah ebay has gotten out of control with fees and having to promote. i feel like stuff doesn't even get seen if you don't promote 7% or more. its rigged for sure.

    • @AsaFletcher
