I have welded and ground metal with gas cans nearby before and have been lucky. I quit that after an old friend's son was fatally burned in a garage accident. Made me evaluate my surroundings.
Bro thank you very much! I have a 44 tooth sprocket that I also have been wanting to mount on some cheap Harbor Freight Wheels, to replace the rear 20inch wheels on my Predator powered trike!
If you change out the bolts on the with longer ones and throw thick pipe on each bolt and attach the sprocket, would that be bad? I was wondering if it would be to much torque causing the sprocket to twist and ruin the rim.
I'm trying to figure out how to mount my sproket to a razor pocket mod rear wheel. I took the stock sproket off but it has a like clutch bearing on it and its on the wrong side for what I need. I may try to flip it around but if that doesn't work I'm going to have to figure out something else..
bro thx so much ive been looking for this type of a vid and its hard to find exactly what ive been looking for this is perfict exept for one thing... can you make a vid on this but attaching it without a welder!!:)
Bro hug me 🫂. I'm from Bangladesh . I want to make a mini bike but in our country there is no suitable mini tyre for my project. Finally I got the parfect video.
Hi oliver. I really want to buy a chainsaw and put it on a bike. I still live home so my parents say that i dont can get one because its dangerous. So i just think RIP

I love this.
WOW, VERY GOOD JOB
Thanks Rafael!
Maybe you could tack weld three round files at the ends and then put that in your drill to open holes faster than sand paper
I’m building a wood kart because I don’t have a welder.... how would I accomplish this without welding??
I've done the same thing on my motorized scooter ep1. And I fitted a pipe over hub and it was cool. But I didn't like it
oh nice! i'll check it out
Good job!
good idea and vid, whats the chain count for that sprocket? #35? or some oddball chineese count? thanks
When you drive the gold car does the rim brake rotor easy or does the rim hold up real good

Wouldn't the wheel be shaky when driving with that added sprocket/adapter?. Like an unbalanced car tire.
Nice man!
Thanks Tom
What size tires are you running
i really need to save up for a welder so i can do stuff like this
Did you use lock nuts?
What kind of welder did you use?
Can you tell the diameter of this wheel? I would be really happy if you can tell.
You can buy a 4 bold sprocket extended that just replaces the OEM neck
Muito bom vou fazer assim tbm.
I will be making one I just bought the tire
froggers garage nice ! Good luck
Thanks I hope my welder don't burn threw it
froggers garage howd it go
I’m making a motorized mattress but same thing.
I have an illness. i can't stop working on my go kart and adding stuff to it
LOL next time to save about four and a half hours just Chuck up a $2 Dremel bit grinder into your drill
