That's probably because you have an energetic blockage around your heart that is stopping the energy from going all the way up. Being an Indian I can tell that Kundalini does not open like this. People are serving anything in the name of yoga. The pinnacle of yoga cannot be attained by any ordinary person. Those great Rishi Muni and knowers of Yoga have gone who were proficient in this art.

yes, talk about cultural appropriation. there a reason yoga took root differently in the west, we had a hatha yoga teacher that passed his exams in an ashram in india in the 80s, he was a success story because he practiced to cure his polio. He would write in his book that in india, a practitioner would only have a few postures for life, while in the west it developed in this very elaborate fitness routine with many postures because westeners would get bored. Anyway, i bet that people that appear in these clips score high on the hypnotizable scale.

It's not fake. There are a lot of "rules" out there about kundalini awakening. However, it can awaken if you are ready and willing. It doesn't require 10 years of meditation like the old paradigm has said. You are free to have your own beliefs about it, but the rest of us will have a great time experiencing bliss with ease and grace!

Based on my experience, when that happens I will have an out of body experience. If I am laying down I can feel a field of hot/cold energy and I can move my body without physically moving my body. Agreed. Witnessed myself. An acquaintance of mine went to retreat in India. When she came back she started to crawl and roar and make growling sounds (really scary non human pitch). I didn’t know that and invited to my house. I m Eastern Orthodox and I have a lot of icons and myrrhs that I got from monasteries. We talked then she went into convulsions and I asked to sit down by the wall since I was fearful she will fall off the chair. She started the growling and the she looked at me under her forehead and said with a smile “aren’t you afraid of me?” Honestly, at that point I wanted to start praying but I couldn’t even remember “our father..” prayer. I told her “No” and asked her to lie down and ran to get my phone to start reading Psalm 90 (also, couldn’t remember). When she left I was feeling shaky. Since, I know an old monk who did exorcism many times I reached ou to him. I had to re-blessed my house with a holy water, I fasted, I had a communion and only after that I started to feel 100% and it took me 5 days. She tried to reach out to me again and asked me what had happened since she didn’t remember. I lied to her and never saw her again. The monk told me if I see her again to start reading certain psalms in Latin.

I don't believe any of this. I just feel people exagerrate their reaction to KAP just to validate their own self that it is working some kind of magic. I do however feel tingling and weird sensation on my body just after some we attunements and energy work. But to have the reactions like some of the videos that I seen it's outward ridiculous and over the top.

Hi there, this isn't KAP, but I have heard that KAP awakens kundalini energy as well. It may seem over the top, but some people do have very strong experiences when their kundalini awakens and moves up the spine. Some people experience it differently though.... for some it's more of an inward experience... feeling at peace, oneness, and having visions/downloads.
I think it looks strange to people who don't understand this, but once you experience, you will be so free and liberated!
