Newly single, I must say once I started watching the sunflower podcast I became extremely uncomfortable in my relationship because A lot of what was being said resonated with me, I realize that I truly was not happy in my relationship
And him asking me to go Dutch for my birthday definitely was the last nail. in the coffin.

I LOVED being single. It was tough at first when you're codependant but it was the best when I got over that. Get yourself some close friends, a busy schedule and hobbies. Start to exercise choice in all areas of your life and it becomes addictive. You choose what you're eating and when, you choose how you spend your days, you choose absolutely everything

After letting go of the idea that ‘one day I will find a man’ … it hit me … I AM THE ONE WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MAKING MY LIFE JOYOUS, WHY WAIT TO GO ON A DATE TO GO TO PLACES IVE ALWAYS WANTED TO GO, I AM THE CURATOR OF MY JOY. That’s when I started to fill up my days with all of my dream hobbies and now it takes A LOT for any man to convince me to make time for them. I need to check if you vibrate on my frequency of joy or I won’t make space for you in my life.

When I tell you that ghosting and ignoring men who disrespect or irritate me is my favorite pass time, especially when they genuinely want you and your attention.
I use this tactic for racists (usually white people) as well and it works every time. I was 12 when I realized most people have varying degrees of a degradation kink and I always charge a fee for inconvenience. Absolutely love your podcast!!!💙🧿💙

I’m so happy that I finally found this type of content 😂 I’m tired of hearing about manipulation tactics to get men to commit or provide or invest in you. How about I do all those things for myself and find a partner who matches me at that level

Speaking of unemotional. An ex ran up to me once, excited to see me(or love bomb me), and it took a moment for me to recognize him. Lmao. The way his face fell is a great memory for me. (He was an abusive pos)❤❤

Honestly every woman needs to hear this❤ The beauty of no longer shaming myself or awarding myself worth & status based on a relationship. Hell na! I love that you dont make excuses for us as woman too! Being single is powerful.

However there using me. I have my own.... I don't need a man or there money. I think as of today I'm going to do a year single then plan my 40s lol

@@HolisticManifestinga good man can provide leadership and provision which is important for all younger women. Some experience or person will shape you as you grow regardless. Marriage has helped me grow, more compassionate, gracious, better style, more time to work on my physical and mental health and more. I believe partnerships helps you grow in different ways from being single. Both are very important but ideally most people want to have companionship and love throughout their lives. Best of luck to you ✨💕🎀

@@PolarTurtle6401. Most relationships & marriages end and not everyone is codependent. Some people grow by learning from the mistakes of others instead … 😂😴
