Use to go out there a lot camping in the 80s. You could go out on the original bridge then. There are some hot springs going into the Verde and there was a bathtub with a pipe coming out of the ground keeping the tub full of hot water. Thanks for the vid.
Thank you very much. Yep natural hot tub is still there. You'll definitely miss it if you don't know where it is because of overgrowth. Definitely a great area for camping. I appreciate you watching
Hey this video inspired me to take my Outback Wilderness out to Sheep's Bridge! Made it about halfway to the bridge from where you stopped to look at the creek but I turned around... The terrain was beating the crap out of my Outback and I was too worried to continue. Your Bronco ate it up easily!
Yes it's a very Rocky and bumpy trail. You probably could have made it the rest of the way, but I don't blame you for not wanting to cause damage to your vehicle. Thank you so much for watching!
Cool video, I've been going there since the 70s. Some good fishing in that area lots of old Indian ruins around there too I believe it's called the Agua Fria national monument now. It's really fun going in there with a 3000 pound camper on your pickup.
The only thing good about Arizona is the off roading trails that require no permit. That is it..... I have lived there on and off for 11years. Will only visit there now. Family is still living there. What a waste of money to rebuild that bridge... Damn sure there are no goats crossing that thing ever again.
Oh I don't know..... There's lots to like about Arizona. Like any other state though, it has its drawbacks. I've lived in 3 corners of this country so far (NH, VT, FL, and now Arizona). There are things I miss and love about everywhere I've lived. I love the outdoors here in Arizona, I didn't like that Florida was so flat but I loved the water, NH is my home but way too cold most of the year. I just tend to find what I like best wherever I live and run with it. Here in AZ, it's off-roading 😊
