Towards the Transcendent: Little Li and the Eucharist

- In this program of "Towards the Transcendent," Fr. Luke DeMasi, Servant Priest of the Home of the Mother, tells us the life of a little martyr of the Eucharist, a young girl named Li, victim of the Chinese communists. One day, Li witnessed how the communists entered the parish of her home town and profaned the Blessed Sacrament, casting thirty-two sacred hosts on the floor. Inspired by God, she went every night to the church to do a Holy Hour and to receive one sacred host each time. On the 32nd night, she was discovered and killed by a Communist soldier. This testimony has transformed the lives of many persons, including Bishop Fulton J. Sheen, who, upon hearing the testimony of Li, promised God that everyday of his life he would do a Holy Hour before the Blessed Sacrament.

Acabo de leer lo que nos cuenta Padre en un librito que se llama: Testigos de la Eucaristía, está muy bonito, tiene mucho para reflexionar.
