Great advice, especially body-weight use and isolations. There’s no substitute for archers coming to accept themselves as athletes FIRST and to cross-train to avoid injuries. Yes, there are INJURIES incurred in loosing massive amounts of arrows- especially if only shooting to train for shooting! Cross-training works! It raises capacity, encourages stability, and affords a confidence to shooters, especially in the hold and expand stages.
