I miss the good old days, when SNSD was still active and breaking records and charts and was a constant performer in music shows and guested a lot in variety shows.. Those were the Golden age of K-pop!!

And then, with many routines, they perform in high-heels, while having to sing live instead of just dance, and as part of a 2-3 concert with up to 30 specific routines, on-top of the sound and camera rehearsals and the full dress rehearsal on the same day, starting at 'GTFO-o'clock' in the morning. Never fails to impress me. Thanks again---appreciate the compilation.
Say what you want but with 9 girls their choreo was really well timed. There’s a lot of movement that if they get wrong they can ruin the entire formation. Several times there’s only a breath between one movement and the next and it looks like they might bump into each other and they don’t!

other artists move to bigger practice room right after hitting big but they're so loyal to this cloud room lol, and I'm not complaining because the cloud is so iconic and cute
What is like about SM groups is that when you watch them dancing, they're very balance. Even if they have an exceptional dancer in the group, that member doesn't overshadow the members but blends well instead. Even the weakest dancer can also live up to the skills of the better dancer members, it's like they all adjust with each other. That's why many SM dance practices are so very soothing to watch. Look at hyoyeon, she's a top tier dance but she never overshadows her members. She's a very powerful dances but here she balances it when dancing with her group to match them.

No one really came close to how clean/polished snsd was in terms of dancing and being all rounders. There are some new groups today that arent really that clean even woth lesser number of members
