I also have astigmatism but in my right eye only it's because most likely you stretch your eye causing the condition but for me I got a procedure done to slowdown the progression of my condition because my condition was progressing rapidly per each visit n now I don't really need my glasses all the time so a side not please avoid ku tsukutsa maziso when they each and all the best
