Tongue scrapers are seriously one of the best things I’ve added to my hygiene routine. It makes such a difference. You get to see all that disgusting stuff coming off your tongue that your toothbrush can’t really get.

Honestly since I was child I never had a tongue scraper cause I’ve been taught to scrub my tongue with just the bristles of my brush and that’s been doing the job for me. When I tried the tongue scraper I didn’t really like it because it didn’t feel as clean.
Do you use a rubber or metal one? I want to try it out, but not sure which one to get.

Due to finally recovering from my depression, I've been working on taking care of my hygiene more. When I was depressed I probably STANK. I rarely brushed my teeth, never flossed, never used mouthwash, barely washed my face, and washed my hair every day, causing it to be MORE oily in the scalp and super dry on mids and ends. Also I heat styled it every day with no heat protection. I had really dry body skin too and I kept wearing a full face of makeup despite the acne I had, but now I've been taking care of myself and showing myself the love I owe myself. Bless 🖤

Body odour doesn’t actually come from sweat but the combination of sweat and bacteria on the skin, sweat is odourless! So if you sweat but are squeaky clean then you wont smell :)
*but nobody is 100% clean 100% of the time. everybody has bacteria on them
My latino ass would say otherwise :( it’s really hot where I live and five minutes off the shower I’m already sweating and starting to smell, I’m just built different 😭😞💔

I use the Native Deodorant brand, and I think it’s amazing. I had a period where my skin was really dry so I didn’t really use products of any sort on my body because I didn’t want to make it worse, so that was kind of my cleanse. If the deodorant is weak, i can’t tell, but considering I do sweat quite a bit, it might just differ person to person. I highly recommend, just because my skin is still a bit sensitive from that dry spell and it doesn’t feel uncomfortable or mess with my skin all that much
I love vids like these because they give me an idea of what I need to buy when I move out since usually my mom gets most of the stuff, so this helps a lot! Thank you!

Best leg routine is chilling in the hot shower for a few minutes to loosen the hair follicles, sugar scrub, lather conditioner, shave with a GOOD razor, wash and moisturize, never ever had red spots, dry legs, shaving bumps, etc, my legs are smooth as a baby’s butt I LIVE by this shaving routine
honestly! what I do every single timee and I have never ever had any razor bumps on my legs apart from one time when I didn’t shower/bathe, just “dry” shaved with warm water and conditioner and it left them soooo sore and red, never again. I also just make my own sugar body scrub because it’s way cheaper and really simple and I’m good to go

Cera Ve is the holy grail of face wash. I have struggled with acne and went through so many different brands of wash and couldn't find anything that worked, I was also on 2 very strong prescription face creams which didn't work but I mean it when I say it, as soon as I started using the Acne Cera Ve wash most of my acne was gone within a week. I live by it and I will forever use it because of the quality and the results. I have used clinique, curology, bar soap, oxy clean, Differin gel, and more, pretty much all of the products you can think of. Clinique dried out my face, especially their moisturizers, I live by their makeup but not by their skincare. As far as facial moisturizers go I also live by Cera Ve. I use their PM and AM moisturizer. I didn't start using them till recently and I already see such a huge difference in the feel of my skin. I originally got the AM moisturizer to put to use as a sunscreen but I started using it every morning and I love it. I got the PM moisturizer because I wanted to test it and this was the cream that I saw a dramatic difference. I first discovered Cera Ve when that was pretty much the only thing left to try, also it was on an amazon deal. I started out with the Cera Ve SA renewing cleanser and started to love the gentle feel. I was using another facial acne product at the time with the SA renewing cleanser and it was a good combo, it wasn't Cera Ve though. When I was traveling I ran out of the acne product I was using and I was going to get the same one but Target didn't have it so I decided to go with the Acne Cera Ve cleanser because I gained so much trust in this brand with the SA renewing cleanser. This brand is also a good brand if you have sensitive skin like me. I 100% recommend Cera Ve if you haven't tried it and if nothing else is working. I started using Native body wash and I love it, I am also sold on anything coconut, lol. I have the coconut and vanilla and it is one of the best things I have ever smelled. I have so many body washes though, help needs to be sent with my addiction. Anyways sorry this was so long. I loved your video and you definitely gained a new subscriber!

For a multi vitamin I use Bloom. Helps with bloating and keeping you up too. It is a powder tho, so u have to mix it with a milk frother or blender but it has all ur daily vitamins and caffeine to keep u up in the day. It is pricey. But it lasts me 2-3 months so

Get a African net sponge, TRUST MEEE Iv been using it since I was born and my skin is amazing, it’s great for exfoliating, and it last long, I’v had mine for 7 years and if u want to clean it use baking soda and boiling water
I just started using the Neutrogena Hydroboost exfoliating face wash... Can I just say how incredibly awesome this face wash is!? Total game changer!! I definitely will keep that as part of my skincare routine. I have extremely sensitive skin on top of also having dry skin and it has just the right amount of exfoliation without leaving my skin irritated. After I use it my face feels clean, fresh and incredibly smooth. Also, if you're looking for other Treethut scrubs with amazing scents, the Watermelon and Vitamin C sugar scrubs are absolutely amazing as well. And I saw that you purchased the OGX Coconut coffee body scrub, you seriously need to get the lotion to match, it smells amazing and personally makes my skin incredibly smooth and gets rid of bumpy skin. Lastly, my other go-to product from Tree Hut is the Tropical Glow Firming body butter. I wasn't expecting to really see results, but I did and I was sold! Not only does it smell amazing, but it gives your body a glow and helps tighten your skin (I have issues with skin elasticity so right up my alley).
P. S. I just also recently hopped on the Dr. Bronner train and I am obsessed with the Peppermint scent. That soap just gives you a type of clean that I can't even begin to describe and I love the cooling sensation it leaves on my skin especially if I take a cold shower when I get really hot and sweaty ( this girl is literally a hot mess lol). And this past year I stopped using Aluminum deodorant and went straight to Native. The detox from the Aluminum was real, but I absolutely love the Cotton and Powder scent (the scent definitely lasts all day and is probably the best smelling one in my opinion).
I have sensitive dry skin too..i tried the Neutrogena hydroboost gel moisturizer (fragrance free) and it has become my holy grail !!

You should definitely get the moisturizer from a emo that has spf in it because me personally I really love and it makes my face so smooth!
i have always used the tree hut sugar scrubs but recently i picked up an equate sugar scrub cuz it was cheaper and smelled so good and it’s amazing! pretty much the same as tree hut but cheaper u should try it!

For vitamins if you want something just for general health I'd recommend taking the Care Of quiz online and seeing what they recommend you to take and then either buying it from them or another brand if you wanna potentially get it for cheaper, and if you want something to help increase a certain vitamin or mineral level I'd recommend asking your doctor for a blood test and seeing if you're deficient or too high in anything and then getting whatever you need to help raise those levels if necessary like I'm doing with my severely low vitamin d level and then going from there

Yasss!!! I do use some of the items you have here. My go to toothpaste is the sensodyne extra whitening tooth paste. The alcohol free mouth wash. I switch up my body wash all of the time but the one you purchased I have used and it smell sooooooooooo good! I second the flushable wipes comment as well. This whole video was so cute ☺️

definitely a nair typa girl! but i completely recommend wiping the nair off of your legs with an old wash cloth & then getting in the shower. The hair comes off so much better & your legs feel much smoother.

Really what you mostly need in oral care is floss and toothpaste. Mouthwash does help with that stank breathe but not super necessary tbh. It more of like washes away all of that good fluoride from your toothpaste which is what you need to prevent cavities (I’m a dental assistant)
