I recommend to order original Panasonic cooling fan, otherwise..
you will need to replace the cooling fan pretty much soon..
Make sure, that you will completely scrap, remove old thermal compound.. light marks, scratches, if occur on heatsink, are acceptable, until they not deep..

In case your laptop does not boot after replacing cpu/ cleaning, make sure CPU is seated properly.
This video was very helpful. I had to open only back cover not keyboard or anything.

My laptop boots after I do that but it takes too long and then just turns off! And some keys doesn´t work. What I could mess up? Sorry for my english

Those machines run at maximum of 32 Gb of ram possibly not so sure, well you never know.. that's because there is a way to upgrade motherboard itself ... 😉
