Im a Scottish-Malay lady currently living in Siberia. You had me shreiking in delight when you mentioned seitan and curry, its the last food expected to hear. I'm vegetarian and make lots of seitan and indian/malay curries for my husband though he definitely prefers borsh. Anyway your videos are amazing and really help me out.
