What I love about Korea's makeup artist and hairstylist is that they value the health of your skin and hair FIRST before doing anything. Based on the condition of your hair or skin, they determine products that'll best fit you. They don't just follow trend. Also love how they respect the hair and skin so they're always so gentle with application. Overall, the transformation turned out amazing and it flatters your features!

ImmFuu yeah I always go to this Korean salon and I'm a dude, I always get an undercut and a slick back sometimes, my hair is so straight and healthy that my classmates question the fact that I don't do my hair.
ImmFuu yeah like if you ask for it to be dyed, but your hair isn’t in the right condition to be dyed, they won’t do it, because they care about the health of your hair and that’s really cool :)

And Typically they have Kpop idols advertise for them and this time it was SuperM and every time you ride that plane you will get a like a video of SuperM singing to you about the airline and telling you to have a safe travel so that you hopefully will be enticed to fly again on that airline. And mark is the person who at the end of the video said “enjoy your flight”

@@siobhanstankievich4815 I’m sorry but I disagree, as her hair grows the hair cut won’t stay the same but a perm might last for 6 months. It’s basically the same, because they both don’t last a long time. At least that’s what I heard
@@loveicecream9947 her hair was already damaged - a perm could have seriously compromised her hair. You have to recognize that they didn’t even lighten or color her hair during this appointment. They worked to improve the condition and changed the structure of her hair cut. Hair falls at different rates but it grows pretty uniformly. Her layers will stay in tact for a while and that’s what makes a real difference in styling. Perms just add permanent curls but without the cut, the layers, the thinning shears, she would still have uniformly heavy hair that was just a little curly at the bottom

I'm really glad that even though she asked for a perm he didn't do it. Seeing as her hair is damaged from being lightened, her hair could have just broken off from the perming solution. Instead he gave her the cut she wanted and curled it and showed her how to curl it herself as well. That was super professional of him.

When I ask for a hair cut like that here in the U.S all of them said it would look “stringy.” Guess they haven’t improved much year after year with hair cuts. Mostly just hair dyes.
In Korea they don’t really dye there hair a lot yes people do. It’s more of a American thing to have weird color hair. Most people cut there hair at home to and this kinda cut people wouldn’t go to a salon for. People do there hair lots here

The US dollar usually has a buying power of 10 in Korea. So purchasing something in Korea is much cheaper. Verses in Japan where the dollar is pretty equal to the Yen.
In the Philippines, last I checked when we were planning our family vacation last year, the US dollar had a buying power of 60 to the Philippine peso.
So, yeah. Depending on where you're coming from it can be a lot cheaper depending on where ya come from

I've been using function for way over a year now and I can never recommend it enough to anyone who asks about my hair!!! It has literally changed my hair life and made me feel so much more confident after I lost chunks of hair from stress etc. It actually helped to keep my hair healthy and gave it the volume and anti-grease quality I needed to hide my patchy areas of hair back then! When I used cheaper shampoos it always made my hair look very obviously patchy and it made my hair look like it lacked life really. I told my friend that if I ever get big enough on any platform to have a sponsor I hope it's Function lmao cause I can vouch for it super honestly!

I don't think it's an actual color, more of a observation. I noticed that a lot of French women keep their natural brown hair instead of bleaching it within an inch of its life. Brown looks beautiful on them. Shout out to all the brunette honeys!

Fr, honestly it kinda sucks tho that there arent too many popular stylists that know how to style curly hair. But its not v surprising for that to be rare in Korea because curly hair isnt common, but in America stylists seem more hit or miss for me, i just stick to one now 😌

xxLightse that’s actually the case sometimes, but overall if you go to a normal not so famous salon they make the price reasonable because if you have long hair and maybe u wanna make bangs and dye it that takes work for longer hair and sometimes customer hair is not that healthy so it takes time, but for guys the hair is softer and easier to handle and this is coming from a hair stylist for unisex
My hair is curly I get it trimmed + layers, washed and styled for $150 😭 it’s especially hard to find stylist who specialize in curly hair so there’s not many cheap options

Jealous. When I lived abroad I had my hair cut by the ‘best artist in Belgrade, Serbia’ and after sitting for two hours waiting we had our consultation where he told me he would only cut my hair if he could the way he wanted to, I was like whatever I’m not leaving now I’ve been waiting hours and was thinking- it can’t look that bad right? I mean he’s apparently the best. Oh it was bad, I walked out looking like Lucille Ball. Immediately made my bf drive me home where I tried to fix it myself. I now wear a wig. Lmao.
