I don't watch this anymore as far as skate clips go but somehow i stumbled onto this one and I have to say is pretty damn refreshing. The entire thing is amazing but John Gardner and John Shanahan deserve some real recogntion. Specially Gardner with his style. Did he came from another planet ? Finally somebody with original style while not biting anybody else's shit

what is "original" style?
Original style is when you are not trying to be like anybody else. When you have your own personal style and is genuine. Is a combination of how you carry yourself,how you skate,how you push,your trick selection and how you dress. I saw this guy wearing some random jersey with baggy capri pants while skating differently then the majority of skaters. That's original to me. You can rock a t-shirt and jeans and still be original if you know how to rock it.

Richy Sb but baggy pants and big shoes are far from a trend right now, and has only just started to make a comeback thanks to DC and éS. The whole skinny jeans/flood pants and toe cap shoe thing is still alive and well for people that prefer that.

That was tight, I'll admit I wasn't skating back when big shoes were the norm but I'm hyped on the legacy stuff and that so much of the DC team is backing it as well. Only thing that was a bit disappointing about this video was that the music selection was pretty lackluster in my opinion. I feel like that's the biggest change I've seen in recent skate videos as hard copies become less common.
I thought all the music was dope, except the montage w Minor Threat. abrasive punk music sucks for skate videos.
