Well, it depends on what type of other training you are doing and how it all fits together. I will tend to integrate weight training into other workouts as well as have stand alone ones. Plus the weights workouts will also contain plyometrics. As a guide though - two times a week should be enough (but try to combine the weights with plyos). Oh, I should also have added whether you are naturally strong or weaker when it comes to lifting weights. This will also be a factor on the extent of weight training you may need. It's a complex subject so do checkout some of the specific conditioning videos on the channel. Good luck
