Even if a company finishes research before you, that just means you won't be able to file a patent for it. If you finish researching it anyway, then you get immediate access to that tech level without having to wait years for it to become publicly available.
Have you thought about building up your marketing team? I noticed that they are not hitting closed to the max budget you set so not sure if that is affecting sales or the marketing effectiveness of your project managed items. Love your videos! Rather than create a bunch of new teams it would have been easier to create nightshift teams that started 2 hours after dayshift and worked an hour longer. You can literally double your entire team size without creating a single new office. It’s pretty much the first thing I do after a few contracts in month 1 is create a nights team to double my output. Besides the first year salary costs don’t even get noticed compared to what you make off them. It also helps with that 4 pm and everyone quits while that critical update sits at 99% until the next day. 😂
Is it possible to do add-ons for software other than games? Morph might be able to keep up that profit level if you can release a couple of additional tools and such in the years it's sequel is in production.

I think you have to many machines for Antenna and input because they only take 8mins, so the ratio to the boardprinter should be 1:4 not 1:2
